I enjoyed working here! I learnt a lot and met some great people. The pay and benefits were quite good. The work is rewarding and challenging at the same time. However, there aren’t many fair opportunities for advancement if you don’t have a masters degree. A lot of front line staff are hoping to move up and there aren’t many positions available for them to do so.

This company seems lovely when everything is going well. From my observations, they care more about looking good than taking accountability. Management likes to say they are "building the plane while flying it". As a parent, I would not put my child on a plane unless there was evidence it can actually fly. 

During my time here I have witnessed a high rate of turnover and that is seen as just ‘part of the job’ but not an issue that management has any control over or seems to feel responsible for. If you arent a certain type of person or fit within their wants, then they string you along until things are bad you leave on your own

This is an incredible place to work. Everyone is incredibly friendly, the families we serve are absolutely wonderful. The work is challenging and rewarding and you are surrounded by a supportive team to help you through it all! 

Challenging caseloads and frequent understaffing. Be prepared to be on your feet all day managing aggressive behavior. High staff turnover and limited regard for frontline staff safety.


Lots of learning opportunities. Pay and benefits could be more competitive. Nice people and lots of flexibility. Upper management does not align with values.
