Not for the faint of heart. As a site super or labourer, your expected to make things happen. When your on a CCM site, don't expect to be coddled, you'll have to be creative and self supportive to make things happen. 

As sites get more remote and labour gets more scarce, you need to be able to get on the tools and lead the team to victory. However, once the project is finished, and management and the customer are satisfied with the results, your rewarded with a handsome bonus cheque. Work hard, play hard and prosper. That's the CCM way.

CCM has a wonderful Sudbury location and fantastic historical value, playing an important role within the industrial comnunity in Sudbury.

the typical day at work was busy and non stop. Being on that site had taught me about the many roles that are filled at the job site and the technicalities that are involved with being both safe and structured in the procedures that get the job done. all the trades did not seem to have a problem in communication and the site was a unique place to be because of the upbeatness of the workers. im glad to have been there

 2 yrs in - I was fully committed, loyal, goal oriented, with the ability to take on greater roll. and I did. However, zero support from project coordinators and managers, and shady supers. If your not apart of these positions, your not getting payed, period.  

•	Experience with Glycol, Tamping and bringing sand up to grade
•	Tying Rebar on walls and flat work
•	Carpenters Second Hand and makes efficient use of power tools provided.

These are the skills that I have learned at this company.

It was a fight with this company since day one always having mistakes. Such a stressful place to work for I wouldn't recommend anyone get work or work for them.

great job i worked as a carpenter and labourer here. worked on rebar for main slab. did some backing on steel studs. worked on many concrete curbs inside the wharehouse.

terrible employer who ended up getting fired. the money was descent. co workers were cool. getting to work wasn't hard. they were a contract group so i'm not sure if they will come back.

I learned a lot of stuff that I can apply to other companies.The most enjoyable is when you laugh and bond with your co-workers while you are working.

company felt like they just couldnt find enough actual trades people for the short time I worked for them, had fun crew was always ready to drink beers.
