Overall I like working at CDN, the crews are great and I’ve had some great supervisors but also some not great supervisors it’s kind of a luck thing. Not always consistent with work but most of the time they are very on top of keeping the people busy, working with CDN is great opportunity to learn and grow as an electrician with drawbacks depending on the supervisor and manager you work with 

My manager was always absent and my goals hardly know. The department wouldn't support professional development, tools to complete my work in the office were paid out of pocket. Expenses would be incurred month after month without  reimbursement for 60-90 days. After years of service the organization was advertising my wage as the starting wage for new hires. 

They care about you and your success- great training from entry level to advanced or professional level.  I wish we have better marketing strategies, they are working on it and I trust they will do it. 

The solar work is pretty demanding, and you gotta be able to keep up, Made some of the best journeyman and buddies working here though, and had some awesome memories there in my 2 years. 

Company is well managed, and organized.
Branch managers are very dedicated and care about their employees.
Would definitely return to work there one day.
