Company practices and acknowledges mental health but management will never seriously ask you how you’re doing especially when you’ve been late or even when you’ve just gone through a recent loss. They will write you up and expect your problems to be fixed as soon as you sign their warning letters.

Work load is heaviest on overnight staff, and management has no plans to ease the workload like splitting it with the morning staff. Overnight staff will do the heavy lifting and morning staff will only work on a forklift. 

Even a professional athlete would need a few days of rest before playing another game, but this company thinks they’re hiring Olympic gold medalists and leave the heavy workload to the overnight staff. 

i have good experience in during my time working in CDS I learn a lot in warehouse start in the small machine until to the big machine all my supervisor supportive they give you a chance to learn properly. good working place mix nationality excellent for me. i like to work there but i need to go and move to other province to use my skilled as crane operator.

They have a nice and clean facility, organized all the product much easily to the picker to find, supervisor , manager, and the owner  are kind and equal treatment to all employee, they give a free training for equipment to have license to operate all machine. 

While no job is perfect - what makes CDS special is the environment you enter everyday. From warehouse associates to managers, it’s all fist bumps. I began at the company with 0 forklift experience and became a team lead within six months! There is opportunity for growth for those willing to learn and ask questions. Highly recommend this company - was sad to leave

Very little supervision so you can really do your own thing when it come to getting g your job done. Weird management culture. A lot of drinking and substance abuse among employees so try to keep to yourself.  Lots of overtime if you want it. 

I have worked for CDS companies for a total of 33 years, have learnt a lot and found it to be enjoyable.  I am now ready to retire and start working just partime.

Great group of people to work with and for. Although it is a busy and sometimes stressful atmosphere, staff are friendly to each other. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is an all around great guy.

It's a very easy place to work. Pay wasn't great (I got 23 per hr). But you can take as many breaks as you want and management doesn't really keep track of it at all. Lots of free product to take home.

Great people, busy most of the time, I'm always learning.  I enjoy the culture.  Company is growing quickly, so lots of chances to learning new things and take on new jobs.

sometimes, we face heavy work which create sometimes injuries. i learned how to carry the boxes and arrange it in a order. They give us a flexible breaks.
