CE3 Electronics was an interesting place to work although there was little to no room for advancements. The pay scale does not reflect the work that is being done and future advancements in pay rates based on work being done did not seem fair considering information provided by those that have been employed 10+ years by the company.

Too much bad too list. Instead I will list the good:

- allow you to bank hours (40 max) without an overtime agreement(illegal).
-  they will doctor your ROE so you can get EI when they let you go, if you sign their termination papers(illegal).
- Closed for a week in the summer.
- RRSP match up to $5/wk, that’ll help with retirement.

Good job. Worked at different stations. Gained a lot of experience. Management is decent. Should train supervisors better.  Two weeks vacation, sick days, personal days. Two shut downs a year. 

I enjoyed my time at CE3 and worked with some of the greatest co-workers I've had. However being a manufacturing business it tends to slow down during the winter. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it to any new/newer electronics graduates.

They encourage regular breaks, recognize and reward employees. I would say I am happy and satisfied with my job under their management. 
Having an internal trainings to update the employees are important to me and they provide it as scheduled.


You need to sign-in when you come and sign- out before leaving. The work was quite simple with electrical technician as you only meed to download the software to PCB and use a software to run testing. 

nothing positive to add to this section. I feel it is better to not say anything rather than something negative. The company believes it is doing the best for it's employees.

Work is pretty easy, operating hours are great. Company gives 1 week off in the summer. Opportunity for lots of OT. Management is a bit chaotic at times. 

The company provides basic benefits. Colleagues are very kind and responsive, but the bosses are terrible and always keep you in control, it feels like you're a prisoner

you will find a cool supervisors, friendly and nice to work with, but very low salary, so work with them only while you search for another best company / job.
