This is not a DZ driver position job it’s actually a labourer position , they should have mention labour wanted , It’s not a real DZ driver position one is carrying 18 L water bottle in each hand all day long for 10 hrs quite oftenly up and down the stairs , just imagine you are pulling a trolley with 4-5 water bottles on that on the stairs think about your joints and muscles and for the manager it’s fine it’s part of the job , I will never go back even if the ask me to come back for 100/hr .

I've been working @ cedar springs for almost 5 years and I love it. Get to meet lots of different people. Yes we deliver water to the second floor but try no to go any further than that. It's a family oriented company I've even seen the owner roll up his sleeves and work shoulder to shoulder with drivers plenty of times. Route manager also goes on the road if he has too. Fun and loving environment. No worry about going to the gym you get cardio and weight lifting all day. 

A great place to work.  Busy, fast paced.  There is allot to learn but everyone if very helpful and patient in explaining processes and policy.  Everyone is friendly and have not been treated with anything but respect.  You are trained very well and I love the fact that I can ask questions and get explanations for processes.   

Cedar Springs has given me the opportunity to succeed in a career that provided longevity, job security, and an enjoyable work environment. Great employees and extremely fair, respectful, and appreciative Management. Would definitely recommend.  Many long-time employees there, speaks for itself.

Nothing good to say about working here..you will break your back..they will have you carrying 2 huge jugs of water at a time up multiple stair cases..you will hate it..DO NOT WORK here..it’s a joke..I lasted two days as a “driver” if they paid $100 an hour it still wouldn’t be worth your spinal cord and joints..not to mention they think 12/13 hour shifts are normal

This place has to be one of my favourite jobs I’ve ever had the Hayhoe family exceed in every way to make you feel like family. Long hours but the customers treat you good. Money was an issue for me though could of been better for the job you do.

Easy job for students. If you don't mind the physical strain (which you get used to pretty quickly) then this job is a good option as you get 10 hour shifts and are pretty much doing nothing when you are sitting in the truck in between deliveries.

Two managers were in charge of sending addresses to the delivery trucks to send out the water accounts. I found it hard to keep up, especially when drivers needed to get to a construction site and addresses were not established yet.

Cedar Springs is a very welcoming and inclusive work environment. As someone who has been employed here, i enjoyed going to work everyday and really appreciated my employers. I would recommend this workplace to others. 

The Office area is quite nice.  The people I worked with were very helpful.  The Christmas get together was nice and they are very family friendly. Overall very happy working there.
