This has to be one of the most toxic workplaces I have ever been in. 

High turnover rate and management expects you to give up your life to work there. 

It is incredibly sad as radiopharma has a huge benefit on many sick patients but at a cost to the employees, their work/life "balance", their mental health and physical health. 

CPDC needs to look at their higher management and clean house, it is not a good place to be. They have lost some of the best talent in the industry because they do not take care of their people. They over work them, take everything from them and the minute they start to say this isn't right they are labeled as problematic and difficult employees.

Cliquish atmosphere with little thought of employee recognition or advancement. Much more focused on aggrandizement and clawing more government support. 

Lack of communication, lack of advancement possibilities, staff tend to maintain and carefully guard their own little stockpiles of info. Sharing is unheard of.

CPDC is the type of work place that you apply to in order to gain work experience after graduating. Very high turnover. Several lifers but most staff leaves within 2 years. Since radioactive drugs are unique, it is expected that you'll work sporadic hours with no additional perks. Overtime only happens above 44 hours and you still need to fight with management to have it acknowledged.

No need to worry about getting fired since the company is always short staffed.

Don't expect any raises.

This is a clinical development site with new and existing clients requiring constant review of processes and procedures. 

Production is on a tight schedule to have the product made and packed to shipped overnight to have it arrive internationally before it can used.

I am very impressed that this is done on a daily bases with success, very unique industry to work for.

Very supportive workplace.. Give actual work and would make you feel part of the organization since day 1. Fast paced environment but great learning experience.

Management makes your do ridiculous shifts that break labour laws. Staff are undervalued and expected to dedicate their life to the company. The only beneficial thing is that the skills you learn are unique and you are not easily replaced.

People are great to work with. 
No politics and the mission to save people’s lives is fantastic. 
It’s a niche market and working with many different institutions is good and challenging. 

Not a good place to work. Bad management. Not a friendly environment. People only care about results and not about the process. Rude leadership team. 

Always in a rush. Never have enough resources, people are always quitting. The responsibility Always lands on you and the manager thinks everything o.k.

good company. good people. good environment. growing business. good team. good management. flexible working schedule. patient centric. long working hours.
