CERT LOGISTICS

Cert Logistics is a leading logistics company that cares for environment and safety. 
My typical day starts with the following:
•	Implementing and developing strategic operation of daily production planning 
•	Identifying, complying and communicating to resolve critical business issues  
•	Performing audit to meet regulatory requirements and improvement of service delivery
•	Making technical decision by running fit test and analyzing variances.

My co-workers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. It is really fun working with such a group of team members who are very co-operative.

Management of Cert Logistics are highly skilled and very professional.

The hardest part of the job is to reach my office at 5am in the morning.

The most enjoyable part is meeting all the co-workers during the lunch break.

This company preaches about having a great culture yet does absolutely nothing to abide by it. Half of the company is sleeping with each other and upper management are snakes. HR claims they will help and support you but are absolutely clueless and useless. Operations managers are shuffled between departments on almost a monthly basis and because of this they rely heavily on area leads who do most of the work.

They work you on a continental shift which means you get 77 hours in a pay period and start at an ungodly time of 5am.

The only benefit is that I learned about 3PL's and how they operate and got experience with a start up. The hardest part is dealing with the drama and poor managers.

Cert Logistics is a great place to work. There are very friendly, hard working people, who are great at being a team. At Cert Logistics, I shopped around the warehouse building up pallets, with products for the home depot. 

The management is great, they reward their employees with lunches, and gift cards when we succeed in hard tasks, or simply just when we help someone out. The management keeps you informed on your performance and they are very helpful when you have questions.

I came to Cert Logistics as a summer job while going to school, they hired me knowing that I would be returning to full time in a few months, however that did not seem to affect my treatment at work whatsoever. Management were very positive and helpful, really made me feel like a team member.

Great place to gain some experience in logistics. The overall experience for professional work really depends on who your team members are. The opportunity is there for you to perform well with hard work and progress through the ranks. Cert is a place that can provide growth.

Managers were from Target. Target went Bankrupt. One manager wouldn't allow us to go to the bathroom until break time. I would not recommend this warehouse to anyone - RUN!

very friendly and understanding management team and coworkers. the downside is the shift start very early and long work hours. They give out forklift license.

I loved Cert. When i started working with Cert, I was a bit green but it was an environment that accommodated and supported starters. I was given all learning resources that made me perform excellently at my job.
