co-workers are nice, professional, knowledgeable and best of all, team oriented. The staff and the shop guys makes this place a fun place to work at. In terms of work, this company deals with a lot of different types of work. From the prep stuff like rolling shells to the big work like Vessel jobs and Maintenance shutdowns. This is truly the reason, in my opinion, sets this company on another level compared to other fabricators.

Workers who working there over 20yrs
There were never laid off only new guys kicked out even if have good skills and personality

It was stupid kingdom for old senior guys

This company was, by far, hands down, the best experience I have had working in the oil and gas Industry in the past 15 years.  The work culture was fantastic.  A lot of respect for each other as a crew. Working at nights is difficult  but with this team it was a lot easier to get through.  Each team member brought something positive to the table.  It was an experience I will never forget.  We had the best boss/ leader.

Started out as a tradesman and worked my way into the safety field when it became available,Previous president of Cessco allowed workers to bring forward ideas and procedures which made working like a family surrounding,Working with all the employees was the most rewarding part of the job while the hardest part was to help long term employees change there culture toward safety.

Jobs are very under bid , mistakes for upper management cause alot of problems for the worker, equipment barely runs and when you tag something out for unsafe practices the next day its back in the shop “fixed” , same with safe work practices there mentality has and will get people hurt , stay away

closed down, never to open again. that is the field division of course . Amanda Hawkins the CEO is a crazy tripped little girl from the pits of earth.... I can go on about how great that company was when her dad was the CEO. once she got in to power....... that's all I got to say.

Equipment not serviced (forklifts and AWP’s) but you are expected to get the job done anyway. Management has no care for safety.
There is also a lot of favouritism. Constantly following behind the same person and repairing the undercut and stray arcs they leave behind.

CESSCO is a great company to work even though for only short period of time. I should stay longer to support the work we won. I resigned to work abroad.

Job is technical in nature. Manage a small staff of 5 draftman and 2 engineers. Design pressure vessels , order plate material and review specifications,

I was laid off after 6 years when the economy sunk but this really was a great place to work. I was welcomed in with open arms and they really were a family environment
