Staff and customers were fun to interact with, despite weird ones. The work consisted of doing the responsibilities you were assigned to do in your own station (bread, salad, food, coffee, etc.) based on a schedule. There would also be volunteers that would come and help you out (they were awesome). Then, serving time came and you would go to your designated station and ask the customers what they wanted and socialized with them. After lunchtime was over, you cleaned up your stations like usual. After a few weeks, you got to train to be a server. The supervisor was good but often lashed out unnecessarily and tended to micromanage some things. The lady in HR was quite helpful in improving my resume and a good listener. Good relationship with my coworkers. Chic Resto Pop sometimes did garage sales for us where products were incredibly cheap, although they were typically expired or close to it. The woman at the Chic Plats area was kinda rude and demanding at times. The guys in management were chill and nice. One of the lead chefs was nice too but sometimes complained about trivial things. The secretary lady was okay.

I would work there again if I could, even if some of the old staff don't work there anymore.

Supportive and positive atmosphere most of the time

Making sure all meal orders are ready by end of day

Not very stressful when teamed up with good workers..management is okay...psychosocial aspect/support was disappointing

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Maintain order, cleanliness, sort meals in freezer, receive/sort produce and food deliveries from suppliers..prepare outgoing orders

Great place for people that are looking to start a 2nd career. Nice staff and great colleagues. It's a training place for cooks, waitresses and warehouse workers.
