I would arrange a daily log and provide appointments for the three
Medical Doctors on a daily basis.
I learned to adapt to the specifics of each individual Doctor.
Management was great I was successful in my job as such they
left me to run the office in a professional manner.
My co-workers were wonderful.
Hardest part of the job was informing clients of a dearly departed.
The best part of the job was the conversations I had  with the people/clients that I saw visiting the Doctors.

Staff really do live into the organization values of excellence, community and grace. This is a unique NON-PROFIT retirement home that cares about empowering elders to live well and going above and beyond to foster relationships between staff and residents. The most enjoyable part of the job is that despite the day-to-day challenges of providing supports to an ever-changing elder population the staff care personally and are always willing to collaborate to constantly improve the care we provide. 

This is the worst place I have ever worked.  Nepotism is rampant - family and friends of the CEO are treated well and compensated fairly.  Everyone else is treated like a second-class employee.  Proper health and safety procedures are not followed as the company tries to present itself as a home environment as opposed to an institution, all at the expense of resident and employee safety. 

I enjoyed working here in the beginning but quickly came to see the reality of this home.  

The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with the seniors.  They always had amazing life stories to share.

This company was great to work for in the beginning. But change of management made it all about making money and staff was really not appreciated especially the nurses. The management like certain people and who will do what they want to better the place not the clients. The staff are great!! The nurses are the best and so are the PSWS!! The client I missed the most!! They are so wonderful and so are their family!

Promoted an environment which fosters respect and socialization. Implemented and maintained planned programs for all assigned individuals. Identified and organized activities within individual client programs in accordance with individual need .

Most enjoyable part of the job is the team work at Christie gardens; it is one big happy family  where each one reaches one. great team to be part of.

They are good people, nice I really like the place because they treat the clients like there own family, the clients can wake up at any time and there is always food at the kitchen

Co workers were amazing, always ready to support each other, and help out where they can. At times the workload was a lot and there was understaffing, thus made the shift stressful.
