Working as a millwright at Chrysler Assembly has been a rewarding and challenging experience. A typical day at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles involved financial analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating across departments. I learned financial modeling, variance analysis, and budgeting. Management was supportive, fostering growth. The workplace culture was dynamic and inclusive. The hardest part was managing tight deadlines, while the most enjoyable part was contributing to strategic planning and working with a diverse team.

Well there are a lot of fires to happen in the area not to mention the employees that come and go. As a fire marshal I mean every employee was great . Unless you heaven kick a drunk one out  then they all hate you  they are all like a big family in there,

Did not work here very long but was the mood in the plant was not a very good one and that made the work day feel very long. Supervisors don’t seem to care about your situation either if you got something going on unrelated to work 


The weak do not survive, People are really tough in there and are not afraid to tell you what they think of you and their job. I believe in hard work so i did well but good luck to anyone are just starting in the work force.

Pay is good. Lots of politics. Management only pretends to care. you have to be very good at multi-tasking and reacting quickly. Different departments have different leaders so your experience might differ.  

Shift work is very hard to deal with. It puts a lot of stress on family and friend. It can also has negative health consequences. great environment to learn the latest technology.

Great place to work if you do not mind shift work, offer great benefits, great compensation programs, and guaranteed work as well as overtime opportunities.

It’s very productive and fun workplace yet very busy at times and less lunch breaks. Need more team leaders and supervisors. And management skills would be better for the company
