CINPLEX

The usual day of working at Cinplex is there peaks of when it is really busy and there are times where it is dead and there not much to do. I learn sales skills and computer skills here and also cooking skills. The hardest part of the job is to being able to keep up with the peaks of rushes that come in at certain times. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting the new people you work with and making new friends.

I love the work environment, coworkers, and the management. Sometimes it can be very fast paced, but it can be slow too. One thing is that it won't be enough to support the living if you have expenses such as rent and groceries, etc. Though it can be compensated by free movie tickets and snacks provided. Very flexible schedule is one other benefit of this job. Last but not least, management is quite friendly and reasonable.

Mostly young employees working there with a decent turnover rate as it makes for a good beginner or part time job with flexible hours and manageable schedule. There are some issues with staff being clique or immature but that's to be expected with a younger average age. Management while I was their was fairly pleasant, however they do have some favoritism.

Being a cast member at cineplex means being involved in the community in the Halton region. It is one of the most enjoyable jobs I have received yet.  Everyone at cineplex is kind and passionate about their jobs. From the cast members to management. Although it may seem labour intensive, it's a job. However the benefits tend to override the cons.

As a teenager looking for a job to start saving and get by this is a great place to work. They are fairly flexible in hours and will work around your schedule if you have school. This is not a good place to work if you're trying to support yourself/your family. There is very little chance for advancement and if you do move forward, the pay isn't worth the responsibility.

It is a very communal place to work. Everyone is very welcoming and professional. It is a team effort to get through the shift and keep the place running smoothly for both the guests and the staff.

they are very flexible with hours and very understanding, over all very nice. my experience was so pleasant i referenced a friend of mine. i also made a lot of new friends in the workplace.

I wouldnt work there again but ill always go to see the V.I.P to see a movie. The staff were amazing as well , but the shifts they were giving me with my day tp day life at the time wasn't working for me.

great place to work at for your first job. you make a lot of friends. it gets really busy on tuesdays (cheaper tickets) and the weekends so you're never bored. benefits include free movies and discount on popcorn/drinks

I would for sure tell my friend to try and get a job at the cineplex it a pretty funny place to work. and you also get free movies every week witch is pretty fun.
