While the job itself was rewarding other aspects were less fulfilling. In 10 years of working at the same the job, there was no room for advancement as whatever job you were hired to do is the only job you would ever have there.
Management was never changed, so there was never any new ideas coming from there.
Overall, it was an pleasant place to work but people stay mainly because of the benefits (which are much different than the UK), and starting over at another company would mean having your annual leave reduced back down to 10 days per year.

Everyday, I assemble gas range which is a fun job. I learn electrical and mechanical skills and plumbing which I can use in the future. However, I am looking for an interesting and higher quality of salary and environment. The management and my co-workers are warm-hearted and respectable people. Whatever job the comes on  my way, I always accept the challenge whatever it takes.

Safe and productive workplace.  The company provides personal protective gear to all workers.  Salaries are on time and they also provide health insurance & RRSP contribution to full-time permanent workers.  All of your co-workers are very cooperative and willing to help you attain all the knowledge you needed to complete a certain task.

Some employees work well and earn their money while others gets a free pass. Mangers are incompetent, and union president and shop Stewarts are not interested to represent certian members. We pay union dues for their services.  Cleveland range was a good place many years ago not anymore.  Unfair environment for good employees.

Head office located in Cleveland Ohio, very friendly team to work with, very good sheet metal stamping skills, process such as punch pressed, laser cut, form pressed, dome spinned, rolled, embossed, blanked, welding and polishing, etc.  Machinery including robotics assisted welding and polishing, laser cut, etc.

If your new to welding, good place to learn. Work culture is abysmal, if you work to hard people will complain. Some good people to work with, some bad. 

I did not like how managers ran this place they are a joke. I worked there for 8 years and was told that I was going to move up to higher payed work but never was.

Contract job, working through agency, did  get exposed to ADP software,
Small company with  not much activity
Friendly atmosphere both on plant and management side
Not much room for growth

"union" workplace is joke 
You better flip burgers at Wendy's
No appreciation.
"Union" agreed upon paying slightly above minimum wage .
Absolutely no chance for promotion.
No AC ( summers are horrible)
