workload - same as mcdonalds, kfc, etc... productive line work.
learning - same as mcdonalds, kfc etc, customer services issues, not much challange after you get use to it
management - one manager per 1X laboratory ... seriouslly... big company like CML cannot afford managers?
therefore in conclusion...
salary - a little better then government minimum wage which i feel there is no repect for the education invested!

Very impressive, productive and Work orientated place. nie enviornment and friendly peoples around.
All technicians were so good that they also allowed me to collect blood and do all required things.
All technicians were so friendly and explained me everything with ease.

I really enjoyed working in CML Health Care, Employer and the environment is the best place to work along with.
The hardest part was getting to know the medical term keys where is been typed to enter the results or the tests.

CML Health Care was my first job, it taught me a lot about responsibly in a work place and what good customer service really is. The management especially our team leader was wonderful, she helped out every team member right away and she was always very understanding.

The location I worked in CML health care, was great. All of my co-workers are great, great working environment. The most hardest part of the job was, to find the vain from the baby. But I enjoy to do venipuncture, doing ECG.

Interview went well. Listens carefully to questions to understand what is being asked, and asks when more clarification is needed. Meets quality standards established for the job.
