Always busy for the most part, however, with small pockets of "where did everyone go?" It's never boring.
I've learned how to appreciate the differences of mankind's nature. Meeting new people and hearing their story is one of my favorite things. This humbling experience makes me truly greatful for all I hold dear. 
Management has had an increasingly high turn around rate lately. With every new personality comes all of their ideals and thoughts imposed for their time in the sun. This is also very interesting to observe. Great lessons grasped merely just by observing these people, with all their good , bad and ugly, just come and go as seasons do. The downside; when someone comes along with too much power over others and they take full advantage. Seeing people being treated badly by a power-hungry tirant is never fun. The worse part is when upper management is aware and does nothing to remedy the situation. This is very discouraging and makes for a miserable work environment.
Co-workers both new and not so new are good for the most part when it comes down to business. Just as long as one can respect time and space of others, this is a great place to work.
The hardest part of my job is when information is not available to share with those in need of said information. We have so many great changes and products available. The issue is, we don't know more than the posters we post about them. Until management finds a viable way to translate and educate staff on what these products and sevices are, we cannot explain it to the general public who constantly ask. This can be embarassing and very frustrating. 
I enjoy having my ideas heard. I am always looking at how to improve what we do, when someone hears and does something about it, that makes my day! The only trouble is, constantly having to learn and relearn which ears in the sun will hear you and which ones are just full of sand.

General Lab principles were very good. There was room for socializing after work with staff.  Birthdays and accomplishments were celebrated with cake and employees generally had schedules for sharing the work which helped to take away monotony. Safe environment, rebrand locations were very appealing to patients and employees.

This is a great company that gives it's employee's multiple opportunites, ability to work with a variety of different people, and gives you time to balance your home life. Management team is very outgoing and helpful every step of the way to help you achieve optimal personal growth. There is a multitude of opportunity for advancement at CML Healthcare Inc.

A typical day at work includes:
- preperation and review of public company financials and MD&A
- review and analysis of results
- Adhoc analysis and project work

Co-workers and management are great to work with.

Enjoyed working on IFRS transformation and continual review of new pronouncements to understand the impact on the Company.

Wish I was still with them.   Great group.   Busy division providing a needed service in the industry.    Learned about clinics.   Did a lot of paperwork to back up deals.   Management was very informed and supportive.    It was a very busy job both paperwise and interaction with clients.  Hardest part was keeping up and most enjoyable part...people and the company.

I must say I found the office politics, playing favouritism, and bureaucracy extremely demotivating.

Complete lack of mentorship. 

Leadership Team was only their for themselves.

Poor appreciation for staff.

I would love to work with this company. I had a chance to work with people of all over the World as Canada is a country with diverse cultures and customs.

Great staff. But it is a fast pace high stress environment. The pay does not match the work load. Great staff with patient focus care but little support from management
