The team here at CMAC mechanical are great to work with, they will keep you busy there is no shortage of hours here. They are very lenient with time off as long as you give them notice they will give you the time off I've never had issues which is one of the things I love at this company.

Disorganized, miss managed, and backwards. I left a good job to come work for them, and in a years time I had enough. They speak to their employees abusively, they are vengeful, and create a very stressful work environment. You could not pay me enough money to go back working there. 

I found it to be a enjoyable work experience. They are very family orientated. As well as have very friendly office staff and co-workers. If you are willing to put in the work and time they will help you move up in the company. 

They preach communication but don't want to talk to you or each other about what's going on in the company or for jobs.  They don't care about your life outside work they just want you to work.

Cmac mechanical is a overall good place to work, they definitely have no shortage of work or of highly trained journeymen plumbers and gas fitters. If your an apprentice this is an excellent company to work for, you will gain a lot of experience

Low pay, poor management, no direction on jobs. Mandatory on call shift with no compensation. Expected to work overtime with no compensation and very little thanks. 

Not a good company to work for very poor management. It has to be one of the worst companies  that  I have ever work for ,they did such bad work I would be shock that they are still around

Worked for C Mac for over 10 years. Company has a family feel and enjoy working with the entire crew. Great benefits, company vehicle and team building events. 

Great group of guys, tons of hours if you want them. There is room for growth within the company. Comes with a company van and full benefit package.
