Top management dominated and not at all professional. Top management still follows the legacy process and are not flexible for change. No proper support and training. Most managers are rude and are not approachable. This is the only company I saw and experienced where you get stressed and agonized by both the customers and people internally(especially the managers and top management) 

A 40+ year old company that still acts like a 'start-up' fumbling through marketing like it's the 1990s.  Biggest weakness is that most of the senior execs have been there too long.  New outside execs are needed to add new ideas to the company.  Despite the age of the company, growth has been very slow ... kinda got stuck in the trap of Enterprise legacy clients and was too slow out of the gate for Cloud and a better UI.

CMiC is a solid company that gives each employee the space to carve their own path. I've known many colleagues who have turned special projects into full time jobs with a team around them. CMiC rewards hard work and collaboration. Management is approachable and will create opportunities for you to succeed. 

I really enjoy the culture at CMiC. Management is approachable and colleagues are very helpful. The company provides perks that show that they care about the employees. There is also room for advancement and growth.

Most of the time I had to figure out the solutions by my own. It was very hard to get some answer because people en charge the applications always were busy.

The manager of my department has communication problems. He also happens to be the owner of the company. There is an underlying fear in the department. People are very hesitant to admitting to, "I don't know!" No training whatsoever.

Not worth to attend even the interview for this company and complete waste of time.

The company is growing. There is learning and growth opportunity. Managers and coworkers are friendly and easy to talk to. They provide flexibility.
