Poor leadership. They have little support in developing people. My leader is very sarcastic and unprofessional. 

The person that hired me is great but the rest are really egotistical.
Not the greatest environment to grow!

I’m handling the negativity but I would move on if something at home came along! Poor support from some people but there are some people there that are great making it ok!

it is exciting working at the site, it is at times hard and repetitive work, but also great to see a group of individuals with different character and personalities come together and work well with each other as a team as i have experienced. to be able to work in harmony as a team to get the best results is truly a good feeling of accomplishment

High turnover rate. A very revolving door company. They seem to keep the horrible, incompetent employees but squeeze the good ones out. Oh well, their loss. The good ones just move on to a better company while this company flounders in the mud with their horrible employees. Don't regret leaving at all. Should have left sooner.

Is the best place to work, I my self enjoy working in CNRL, and I learned a lot as my first time experience staying in camp,
the management is good job, I enjoyed meeting people also the good food.

Good group of people, superintendent was stingy with wages ,as we were way below other oil and gas companies, training could be better have heard good things about other divisions with pay

Good place to learn about various pumps and gas compressors, training can be a little stagnant but there is always experienced help around to answer any questions you may have 

No complaints. Flights are good. Benefits are good. Could be better. 7 days off are great. Vacation hours could be more suited for shift workers. Overall they are a good place to work. 

I enjoyed my time with CNRL. lots of hours, but the pay wasn't the greatest. lack of training for new workers, your biggest asset is to cover your A (CYA) with as much of a paper trail as you can
