I loved the manager, she was so kind and really great. The rest of the team was unpleasant and made it very clear who they did and didn’t like. There was so commission on this job, which was a shame. Was also told by the employees that having short hair was part of the reason I was not hired on after my seasonal position because it didn’t look “professional”. 
Job was boring, but that location has not closed so I imagine that was just the location. 
Employee perks were nice, good discount and thorough training! 
I love the coach quality but the company standards are flawed. 

It is a good job to start in retail. You get to deal with high class people as much as anybody who likes the brand.

You learn a lots about the company story and it is amazing to become this much knowledgeable. 

Cons: they emphasizes too much on sharing back the story with customers!

- Absolutely no support, no room for advancement, multiple instructions given not concise nor consistent. Management is not supportive at all there is probably 10-15 managers and all of them want things done their way, so there is no straight forward answer.

Work experience will definitely help you boost your portfolio, great management and colleagues, better pay than other retail stores, but lack of flexibility in choosing your schedule.

Fun working environment friendly atmosphere fast pace and regular customers. Stuff becomes family. Too bad I needed to leave because of the pandemic would go back at any time

Very professional environment. I loved to work with my co workers. Within very less amount of time I was trained to display my skills with the customers.

Overall I liked working here. The only thing I didn’t like is that you get to sell a lot and you don’t get any commission from your sales. Apart from that my coworker and managers were great.

bad management, fun coworkers, no commission worst managers at the twassen mills location. Would have been better if the managers were less bossy and didnt treat us like toddlers

nice working place and collegues are good. one hour lunch time and a half hour coffee time with no paid and  lunch is not included.  working schedule is varies and changed each week.
