• Arrive at depot, organize team, check and maintain equipment, gather required inventory; arrive at location (store or event), set up equipment, signs and displays; inquiry about store inventory and volume, layout and sales promotions, competitor products, demonstrate products to customers; take down equipment and return to depot.

A typical day at work stared off at the warehouse with all employees working together to pack our trucks to head out to events. We would be responsible for stocking coolers full of our products and making sure we had all the equipment that we needed for the day. The management was good in the sense that communication lines were always open via email, and the majority of the time my boss was at the warehouse with us, occasionally stopping by our sites.

No planned Schedules, management structure is the big disaster Specially QA department. No weekends and no long weekends. Pay never goes up unless asked desperately. A big system failure. No respect given. 
Higher management is full of genuinely nice people. Very helpful. Only QA management is full of worst people. No growth opportunities, no salary raise, no respect, unnecessary working schedule changes in the name of giving punishment

the manager only belive the lies of supervisors, they don't care about the worker and their rights. one of the useless and unprofessional management i ever see.
and the evening supervisors are worst to work with. 

- The managers are not reasonable when asking for time off.
- The managers talk poorly about current and previous workers to us behind their backs.
- The managers are not always easily accessible.
- The managers will judge people and workers without knowledge of the said person.
- Best part of the job was working with the other workers who were around the same age (1/2/3 year university)

Bad very abusive workplace bad

Abusive employment very bad!!!

The present  supervisor in 220 Brampton is the same attitude to previous  supervisor that was fired out.
Screaming  and yelling  to the workers and racist only the Chinese  can stay longer to work in the production and send home early  the non chinese workers. The  Management don't care as long  as the production output  on that  day is accomplished.

This company is very well organized, and all the employees are kinds and friendly with eachother. It is a family base company. The only negative things are the coldness, the salary that is really low, and the Saturdays that you should work almost every week.

The company will respect your values and a great place to showcase cultural diversity in Canada. Supervisors are experienced and knew every aspect of the company. They created a great connection with their employees from the day one.

Got good experience.Homely environment.Learned so many aspects of working in a factory.Nut the break timing is not enough and  the hours the give to work are not fixed.
