Working here has been overall a create benefit to me. I originally applied thinking this place would be the same as anywhere else but it was surprisingly really fun. The trainer here is the best I've ever seen. heck he even gave the whole new trainee class a free catered lunch on the first day. The management outside of training is very nice and understanding of your needs too. If you need a day off they usually try to accommodate. There are crazy sales incentives where you make commission on every sale you make and on top of that top 5 sellers get free tickets to theme parks or there's a draw for 50-100$ master card gift cards. I hated the long hours though and the rotating shifts as well as having some weeks of your shifts being 6 days and only 1 day off.

I joined this call center as a new immigrant to cover living expenses and reduce cash outflow. 
1. horrible management
They watch you over. Listen to your calls and find faults.
2. Pay
They cut some amount here and there. Never you will be paid in full. 
3. Sales commissions
This company will not tell you that you need to do sales on calls before you actually start taking calls. Even if you learn and do some sales, they do not pay you your commission stating bizarre reasons like you didn't read the whole script.
4. Training
Training is only about games. You have to learn everything by yourself using their document guide "Solution Finder". The team leaders will never take escalated calls, only you have to deal with angry customers.
5. Lunch room and toilets
Not maintained, dirty. They never have tissue papers.
6. Career advancement
More stress, less money, no career advancement

So after a year of working in this company when I started, The first 1st week after training everyone pretends to care, thankfully for 2 lovely colleagues who were of great assistance after that you're on  your own figure it out, you ask for help and you get ignored to the point you start to question your self worth,  management  don't care about you, they only care about Meeting stats, they also runs the company on favoritism. The operation manager seems to care but it's just a charade. 

Don't let this discourage you from applying maybe you might like it,  they say 
"experience is the best teacher, and the worst experience teach the best lesson".

This company made it exciting upon hire and during the first half of training, but if your computer becomes an issue be ready for a fight to get replacements. Then be ready to get let go shortly after. Management have no heart or empathy or sympathy for disabled or people fighting with cancer.

The management is extremely supportive, kind, and caring. They have many incentives which make working here fun! It is a positive work environment, everyone is collaborative and helpful. There are many opportunities to move up in the company. Overall, I would recommend!

April 2018 joined the team as Level 1 agent and in 8 months learnt a lot and highlighted and promoted to the Customer Retention department to save the customers ! 
Its a great place to new comers , fresh starter and there is no limitation of age as well anybody who is willing to work they provide equal opportunities!

I am quite new to this job but so far I have had a great experience with management, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. My trainer in particularly made me have a great experience he a go to person when you are having issues!

There's a very close relationship with people around. Everyone became a family! Management is not perfect but tries their best to hear their people's opinion. That's what I like about in this company. Being an immigrant, having to gain friends like family at work is a plus! Thank you for the opportunity being a part of ContactPoint!

So lucky to have an opportunity to work here best environment to work in.  The best thing about being at contact point 360 our team leader are alway there no matter its there off day and everyone is so friendly that it makes us feel never to leave this place. It feels home .
