It’s a genuinely good place to work with friendly, supportive colleagues and a positive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and learning. The culture values people and provides a sense of belonging, making daily work enjoyable. However, the biggest challenge is the lack of clear direction and strategic focus from leadership. Priorities often change suddenly without proper communication or rationale, creating confusion and inconsistency across teams. Employees are motivated and eager to contribute, but without defined goals, consistent processes, or long-term vision, efforts can feel scattered or undervalued. There’s also a tendency to react to short-term issues rather than plan proactively, which affects efficiency and morale. With stronger leadership alignment, transparent communication, and clear objectives, this workplace has the potential to move from being merely a “good” place to work to a truly great and purpose-driven organization where everyone understands how their work contributes to larger goals.

This place has it's ups and downs like all other places. I find the pros out weight the cons significantly in my experience.
Pros:
- Great office environment, better than anywhere else I've seen by far.
- Provide hands on training.
- Everyone tries to help one another.
- Flexible work hours.
- They cover 80% of your laptop purchase.
- Challenging tasks.
- They have a fooseball table

Cons: 
- They don't supply you a laptop. You have to get one yourself. Although you have the luxury of choosing what you want, they do however cover 80% of the cost.
- Starting salary isn't as high as other places.

There is no project or resource management. When a resource is considered for other works, the tasks get assigned to the individual as surprises and no discussion will happen prior to or post-assignment. 
Irrespective of how hard you worked there will always a negative criticism. Positive feedback almost always never happens. 

No handoff or documentation exists, and no support from management or leaders for the new joiners to succeed. 

Get paid very little but the amount of work is double. 

Starting out is mainly learning and training - a lot of self-paced online learning with some supervision.  Good opportunity to learn a lot in a short period of time, than put it into practice.  Sometimes working independently, sometimes in a team with others.

The office is open and inviting. The staff are friendly and easy to connect with. Work levels can fluctuate greatly based on the availability of projects, etc. Work can become repetitive and monotonous while catering to client support. Project work, however, can be dynamic and interesting. Overall, the job offers amazing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

There isn't a lot of hierarchy, so most people you work with are in the same or similar jobs.  Managers are doers, so there aren't a bunch of people overseeing the work of the rest.

Work is interesting and challenging.  Benefits and salary are fair.

Sometimes you have to work with someone in another country/timezone, so that can be challenging.

When you first start, it can be very overwhelming and rather quickly. Managers take their time to teach and answer every question you might have.
A typical day includes doing support to two or one client. Then work on general implementation projects and finally, improve the daily workload by having a more automated workflow.

There is no leadership on the team and you are forced to fend for yourself. I have to ask a lot of senior people for help constantly. Work is being assigned inappropriately, and it is very difficult to get in contact with senior leadership. We tend to fend for ourselves.

Comfortable place to work at. The place is great to start working your career in IT, the management is okay but you have to be open-minded.  The people that work there are really nice.

Alright job. It is not the greatest job but its something that you can start with. Their motto is teach your self and be good at your job but they dont offer enough help.
