The company was a great place to work when it was all at one location in mid-town Toronto as there was lots of interaction between staff from various divisions which promoted internal growth. The disconnect started when the production division was moved to Markham (understandable to lower costs) which meant less opportunity for staff to move into the other divisions from the more entry level positions

The hardest part of the job is scanning all the missing info(c.c,cheque)to the client every day.

Enjoyable parts are Trouble shooting and every day banking.

A small company, cheap salary, no space for growth and micro managing. Not a dream company to wok with. The office was not clean and located at Eglinton and Yonge.  The office I worked with was data keying on donations from charitable institutions. 

Coworker are good, management is efficient. 7.5 hours of work per day, job is easy but needs very good attention, no much job pressure, but pay not good.

Back then, it was a great place, our manager was great and staff was like a real team concerned with results and being productive.
