This company is a mess, management is terrible. There is no real structure and lots of internal problems and restructuring going on, lots of politics and no real job security. Company had a lot of layoffs in the last year. Management is run by people who are abusive, not capable of doing there jobs correctly (uneducated) or play into politics/favoritism and upper management is oblivious to front line issues.
 Lots of employees feel unhappy and are looking elsewhere, just using this job as a step to a real career and TERRIBLE Location. If I could give this place a zero I would, do not waste your time if your looking for long term career.

Worked with a great team. Management more than doubled the Enterprise sales quota after a great year harvesting the "easy" partner related deals. Pressure was high although it was almost impossible to close a deal without an existing partner in place. Over 80% of the sales pipeline either had no partner or was a partner account that did not see the value in e-invoicing.

These deals could be done over time but the company lacked patience as they were not delivering on the current plan.



Overall a very supportive culture that holds up under pressure projects and situations.  Collaborative and full of opportunities to learn new technologies and skills while on the job.  Excellent work & life balance with a management team that cares about the success of everyone at all levels.

Great company to gain Agile software development experience. What I learnt is that it takes years of planning and lots of investment for a company to formulate it's strategic vision to grow. With long term stakeholder management and strong development team, this company is quickly achieving it's goal.

Sales achievement were not a measuring point, but are you related to anyone in the management or were you personal friends with someone important. It was a very family type environment, so I can see why that was important to them

This was an emberassing company to work for.  Under skilled management had difficulty understanding data and manipulating information to tell them how their business was progressing.  Sales meetings with clients had an inappropriate tone fo

The company was still trying to get itself to be cash flow positive at the time, which led to a lot of uncertainty for job security. Also made you wonder if you would get your pay cheque. Interesting product suite and good colleagues.

I enjoyed most of my time at Cortex. Over my time there management went through a great deal of needed restructuring and now it seems like it's on the right track.

Worked with company from 2010 to 2015. The management changed at the end of 2014 and there were multiple changes. Enjoyed my tenure with the organization. No complaints.
