COUNTER INTELLIGENCE

I worked for this company for a short period of time. The supervisor was extremely unprofessional and talked about staff behind their back on a regular basis. She thought it was amusing to talk to you as if you were a child in front of other staff.  Not a great example of team leading. There is a high turn over of staff and a lot of work you do is unpaid.  Time allocations for the work are not a reasonable time to finish the task, and you are required to do a lot of work at home and not get paid for it.  The training period was the only positive aspect of the job and the trainer was amazing.

making report regarding internal security operation of my team furthermore, conducting, and VIP security operation on selected government officials also making reports in threat assessment on certain areas at the location that my team is being deploy likewise conducting neutralization of target personalities who have warrant of arrest.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Somewhat of a flexible schedule. Part time most of the year.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of communication, poor training and when it is stated that relines are an opportunity they aren't they are mandatory for the position. Hired on false pretenses of being an option and flexible.

I love being able to make my own schedule along with receiving credit for a job well done. Life can be stressful but your job does not have to be!
For the first time ever I can actually say “I Love my Job” . I literally get excited to go and be a Cosmetic & Fashion Merchandiser . The hardest part of my job is not wanting to stop!

Counter Intelligence is a great employer. Work/life balance is tops, supervisor is always available and the top management are easily reachable. Jobs are easy enough to complete and if you have a question the account manager is available to answer your questions. I highly recommend this employer.

I like the variety and being able to determine my own schedule. There is no job security however, work comes and goes, so this is not a good choice if you are looking for full-time type employment. No benefits.  Most of the supervisors and managers are very nice and helpful.

The District mangers are amazing but the account mangers are horrible... sadly the hours are way to random to have enough money to survive. their memos never make sense and when you ask questions the account manger have a way of making you seem stupid.

I worked with Counter for only 2 seasons during reline/blitz time doing nail  polish relines I took the job because i love the nail polish relines more then anything else, it was a few days a week for about a month

Terrible work culture …nobody takes breaks (even on an 8 hour shift ) favouritism by employees .fo not take enough time to get properly trained and people who train are rude and expect you to know everything even though are just learning 

Great company to work for , great staff and managers . You got your work packaging by mail. You then proceed too complete what was required of you. And report your completions
