Overall in the past 5 and !/2 years I worked for Cowan Graphics I learned many things one of which was being the best Customer Service Representative that you met when you first walked in the door or spoke with over the phone. The co workers were fabulous, we were like family. Management needs some work.

Tools are provided for each job to complete efficiently 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having to deal with co workers that involve themselves in your own business 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At times it can be an unfriendly environment and unwelcoming if you’re not part of a certain “group”

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The days can be easy flowing provided you’re left alone to complete tasks you have been given

I had a decent experience until I encountered mental health issues and also physical health. Other employees were able to take "mental health" days but they are very unfair to others. 

I was in hospital last Saturday and had to call in sick Monday. I showed up Tuesday and got "let go" without cause even with a hospital bracelet. 

I do not recommend working for this company .



In general I really like working here but as with any job it can get frustrating. I think that the communication starting with the sales reps down the line to the finisher and shipping could be improved to save time and cut costs. 

Small company that grew big but doesn't know how to be a large company. Upper management has one foot stuck in the past and doesn't deal with known issues due to a 'we can do whatever we want because we are in charge' class based culture and outdated administration practices. 

It's great to work in a quiet area where interruptions are minimal and with people you genuinely care about! We all have our jobs to do but are always willing to assist each other should the need arise.

I worked in a production role. There was not a lot of opportunity for creative projects. Workload could become unmanageable at times and the immediate supervisor did not provide support. Great company barbecues in the summer and overall the staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Cowan Graphics has much to offer in progressive ongoing learning environments and advancing opportunities.
With an easy going atmosphere and extremely helpful management and supervisors, the most enjoyable part of this job is the people you work with.

Not a place to work lots of problems working,you have to know someone even with your you have no chance working there 
Your experience don't count,what matter is who do you knows there,what can I say overall I will never recommend anyone there

Eresponsablity of Operations and Managment poor Comunication. Building is huge lots of walking on cement floors and up down stairs. Great equipment no one can operate because of lack of training.
