Was a decent job to start, while the supervisor still likes you. Once your past that point it’s pretty much just belittling and not doing anything right, no praise or acknowledgement. Going to the supervisor to own a mistake will get you a nasty response. Ended up in tears several times and I know for a fact I wasn’t the only one. Had a co worker get verbal abuse multiple times from (past) afternoon supervisors and was witness to this. The lady went through all these meeting with some people from the office and they ended up pretty much telling her she was over reacting and nothing was done about their actions.

Lay offs are at least once a year. Sometimes twice, and if you’ve managed to make it past your probation and they don’t want you back, they don’t call you back. Seniority or not, doesn’t matter. They did me the favour though, I love the ladies I worked with and likely would of stayed and suffered with them for years to come. 

You get bbqs when the owner has something to announce, but served in the DIRTY warehouse of the sewing department since owners can’t be bother to provide a clean environment for a meal. Even for Christmas you get the dirty warehouse, $50 and no party

No vision benefits either, even though pretty much everyone who works (sewing) there wears glasses... 

Oooh and this is just the sewing side... Fabrication has its own special set of bull... good luck 

I say thank you though, for now knowing what a horrible work place is like I can completely appreciate my amazing healthy job I have now. 

Ladies, it was a pleasure working with you. Shall miss you all, I truly hope you all find healthy jobs so you can be happy inside and get acknowledge for your hard work. Later Meow

Although I only worked a couple of months at Cravo it was an enjoyable place to work. The people I worked with were fantastic and would help out with anything needed, also any interaction with people in other departments was excellent and those people were helpful as well. I didn't meet anyone who would not help out. The work is relatively easy and I never felt pressure in any tasks. Lots of independent work as well as team work in order to get things done. Just like the workers on the floor I found management was excellent as well. This was a stress free job, just had a golden opportunity presented to me or I would have stayed here longer.

It is a family environment for the most part! I am VERY happy to work there. The company is very generous and forgiving. Management / owners easy to talk to and very accommodating....
They appreciate their employees and give ample opportunity to learn the jobs. 
I  enjoy my work....the people I  work with and for. I  would not hesitate to recommend this company. The hours are wonderful, fulfilling the week by Friday at 10am. Leaves time for personal things to do during regular business hours. 
Any business has ups and downs that have to be dealt with...and so employees have to flex also with the company. From my experience with Cravo....they do their BEST! As employees....we have to do our best also!!
 I  have ZERO complaints! 

First day given trouble for being 5 mins late 
they don't tell you which door to come in until after you open every one of them trying to get in.
everyone who doesn't silicone loves to tell you how you're doing it wrong.
machines working improperly and no emergency stops on them. when you have half your arm stuck into the machine.
management tells you it's not the machines it's you, even if you're doing exactly what they said to do.
Place thinks they are the smartest and the best place to work (LOL)


If you want to be laid off every year this is the place for you. They say they go by seniority but they don’t. Favouritism is big on the sewing room floor. One employee brags about getting people fired on purpose. Bullying goes on between people and nothing gets done about it. They did have one person that did have the employees backs. But they ended up firing him because he had our backs. Lots of back stabbing goes on too.

Benefits and pay are a waste of time for anyone with more than two years of experience, the amount of drama that gets tossed around the shop is ridiculous and unfortunately all the supervisor are the main ones that are part of the drama and if you try to say anything you get thrown under the bus. The lazyness of the longer term workers is sad and there is absolutely no team work here since everyone hates everyone. Stay clear of this place. 

I like working at cravo equipment I just wish that they paid better and also payed workers what they are worth..... they just reicently hired two new welders who claimed to have 3to 5 years experience but don't know how to even read blue prints... and these guys make more money them me.. lol and im able to perform numerus tasks …      witch is why im always looking for batter job

Cravo is a fast growing company with lots of room for more growth in the future. They have a excellent team of sales, production and shipping receiving employees. The factory is clean and spacious with a growing number of machines. Cravo offers a competitive wage along with a benefit package.

Cravo Equpiment is a waste of time. They promise raises and advancements which no intention on fulfilling these promises. Even with certification they underpay. The work environment is dirty and there is no organization or real leadership. 

I’d give half stars if possible, don’t waste your time!

You can learn a lot here but they lay people off and there is a high turn over rate because of poor pay rate and favoritism. If you end up on the good side of those in charge you're fine until they lay you off suddenly. If you think the work is getting slow soon look for another job.
