meet with team, review daily work load and assign tasks
prepare orders for materials for packaging and production lines and arrange transferring of goods to / from external warehouse
ensure proper recording of movements ( manual inventory )
oversee data input clerk
tracking of all inventory

time mgt. skills as related to flow of materials in order to keep 2 production lines and 6 packaging operating with no down time

try to develope a better infrastructure and stress the importance of delegating as opposed to everyone trying to oversee everything

developed good working relationships with most mgr.'s
good relationship with team ( subordinates)

to stress the importance of proper recording of product movement in order to minimize line stoppages ( other mgr.'s ) Co. had nopolicies or procedures in regards to inventory in place prior to my hiring

the ability to establish policies/ procedures and teach

the most demanding days in this bakery were the summers. high temperature of ovens in the summers was the most difficult thing to experience. but it increased my efficiency as i have to do the work in   a proper way. the coworkers their were very helpful. the hardest part of the job was to pull out the racks out of ovens.
the most enjoyable part of the job was that all the coworkers were very friendly and working with them was fun.

I will said that after working there for over 5 years is time for me to move on since I have made enough  changes to make my job easy but management still the same, without any changes except the ones we made (supervisor on the floor) but I will do my job to the best of my ability.

Along with hard work at job,we can learn a lot of new things and can do a lot of fun at job.i have learned how to work at a constant pace and to balance work and life.Also,time management has been a asset while working. Hardest part of my job was to stay awake at some points during night shift but I overcame it as well.

Great group of people. Look for solutions not point fingers and look for solutions to make something good, better! The hardest part of the job is Month-end when everything is crazy.

Workplace culture is very good and team was great. it was fast paced and require very focused and full of attention candidate. i really enjoyed my job working their and i made very good connections.

The workers are like a family but the managers do not care about workers.It was always hot and when you asked for fans it was a no.The job is not hard but the conditions is horrible and no room for promotion and the pay is minimum.

Working at Create A Treat has provided a minimial challenge as most lines are manual packing. Previous experience with high speed wrapping machines.

The company is an outstanding place to work. Has great people as employees and good team work. Working here has helped improve my work experience that'll make me a fit anywhere I go.

it was a really very good experience working over there and also a fun. i learnt stress management in a fast pace environment and also learnt many new things.
