I have been. With the company for several years now. In the beginning things were rough but they have gotten better.
They pay living wage for the area which is fantastic considering there are many positions that do not require experience. Everyone at the facility is friendly and outgoing. Good benefits, they just introduced RRSP (but do not contribute).

Things I don't like are that they often set unrealistic production goals. To reach quotas or get orders out in time the team needs to work overtime (it's voluntary though) and often will pull from other departments. It's unrealistic expectations that Pi s stress on the team.
They are also big on temporary workers now. When I started there were none. Now they don't seem to hire anyone direct, they have to go through an employment agency first. This is unfortunate as they make $3 less an hour than Cronos employers for the same work. This creates a bit of tension. People have been stuck as temps for close to a year and many leave because they don't think they'll ever get hired. This is irritating as it's a revolving door of new employees that need to be trained almost every week. Retention for actual Cronos employers is high.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part is when it is time to Clock Out. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything. Perfection is expected, Poor Leadership / Management & above all else, Toxic Co-Workers.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The Work Environment was Toxic; Had people working there that would gossip nonstop and cause unnecessary drama. The Culture was very one sided. People would speak in their own foreign language on the floor when they weren’t suppose due to clear set policies regarding English Speaking only. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clocked in, had a Team Huddle, was informed as a group that if something was not done properly that we were replaceable. Constant battles/complaints between Morning Shift & Afternoon Shift regarding certain tasks that were the night before. Expected to get things done with little time and resources, or a machine breaking down during a task and overall immature co-workers that would gossip amongst themselves about others at work.

Was here for many years. Just don't waste your time. They promise opportunity, yet they deliver none. Very few people get that opportunity to advance in the company, and often those that work the hardest and deliver the best quality of work are left in the dust. They will constantly hire outside the company for positions that would be best filled by someone with experience. They also like to let go of fulltime workers and replace them with temp jobs. So if you're going into this thinking "oh this may turn into permanent employment!" I caution you, no matter how much is promised to you, it's not true. If you are interested in the cannabis field of work, Peace Naturals will ruin that for you.

Badly managed, and negative environment. Management only concerned with a few of their own in the facilities upper management, the rest are just numbers. Play it their way and pretend you are happy or you will be disposed of. Management has been trying to shut the Stayner Facility down for almost a year now. Through bad planing and ignorance to the industry and regulatory requirements they’ve managed to even fail at failing. They can’t even secure a board line adequate exit plan. They are managing their employees like deceased livestock, and managing themselves right out of the industry. 

This is a company that was a start-up and became a large company. The issue is that the senior leadership level still behaves like a little startup. Some VP's and EVP's behave as if they know everything and everyone else is beneath them.
HR instigates gossip and makes decisions based on overhearing conversations and once they target you they can make your life difficult
If you have a good manager as I do and the manager supports you, you can do well there. If you are not into politics and millennials who do not have enough to do so they like to complain about the smallest things, do not go there.

Don’t let this place fool you, they seem nice but they are a wolf in sheep’s clothing. You will get thrown under the bus if you work here. When I started working here I thought they GEnuinly cared about helping people who need their products to get through serious medical issues but I couldn’t have been more wrong. For them it’s all about the bottom line.

Clean working environment at Cronos. 
 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stability, strong turnover rate. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Tepid and definitely sugar covered

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Repetition, perfection and low morale.

Most of the people that I worked with were great until they brought in a large group of people from the agencies and then everything went south after that and as far as upper management well that’s a whole new crock of you know what( clueless and useless as I’ve never encountered anywhere in my life)

The people were great . Work place was good as well

There was really any , we just did our jobs

Worked 7/3 just like a regular job

I left due to my pay being differnt each week and taxes no being taken off overall the work was fun but was run by a group of people who only care about them selves. Managers drive nice cars well you can barely afford to pay the gas in your tank
