Working at a dealership can entail long hours and an erratic schedule since you are at the mercy of the customers schedule. Customers coming in at the end of a shift can mean having to stay and cancelling your own plans. Pay at an import dealership can be low due to the small margins on import vehicles and your commission being a percentage of the profit on a deal. The General manager that was there when I worked there did not know how to manage a team or a dealership which made work frustrating. Management has since changed so this might have changed.

Was at the place for a while, new GM is so bad top sales team all left, nobody has been there more than 5 months now. Willing to spend thousands on useless stuff but will get angry over little things, takes credit for things he has nothing to do with. Makes staff do repetitive task for no reason, remaining new car managers  are honestly lost as well. Service team is a joke but somehow are still around. Outdated store and definitely needs better management ...again

The GM is awesome. If my job directly reported to him, I would probably still be there. The techs were great. I thoroughly enjoyed working with all of them. Some of the service employees were odd. There was this weird pretentiousness that didn’t seem fitting. At the end of the day, the service manager and I didn’t vibe and that was the end of that. 

Will tell you they want you to succeed and that they will help you to do so, however will allow you to fail. They say if you just follow the process to them selling cars is easy. However will let you go if all the customers you deal with arnt ready to make a decision then and there or wish to check out other brands. The "jokes" said amongst employees and management can borderline harrassment. 

General Manager is a not very good at his job.Treats everyone like we are there to serve him.The service manager walks around all day long.Controller is not sure what she is doing.Overall not a good place to work.No chance to advance in your job too many friends not ran as a Busineess. Bathrooms are dirty and always out of supplies 

i was doing the work of 2 to 5 people per day , myself.
the only people that matter are the ones wearing suits.
management has no clue what the labor laws are, the make thier own up as they go.
the mechanics and the detail staff were great to work with .
i wouldnt recommend anyone to work for this company

I take care of the customers that come for service to the dealership, manage a small group of techs and staff when service manager is not present and on a day to day maintain a smooth flow work order being work it on.

Great atmosphere and people, sadly it's the entire auto industry that's the cause of the lower rating. Every customer wants everything done now and for free. If you do try to help a customer and something happens they will instantly forget about you helping and just be mad. 

Very good people in that store, change of ownership just wast not what I was looking for. Strong process and very good relationship between sales and the other departments within the store. I would have stayed forever if ownership did not change hands.

Not a place for just anyone. You need to be a strong sales professional who enjoys commission and working in the car industry. You will only make money if you're aggressive and working long hours.
