The schedules are usually well done and properly balanced between teachers. The day start 20 minutes before the first class, and you may leave 20 minutes after the last class. Of course, a lot of teachers are staying for many reasons, mostly to help students. I learned that the janitors are the most important people in the workplace, even after work, and for any help you need. The culture is centered on the Francophonie in Ontario. The hardest part of the job is to always remind the students to speak in French, English is too easy for them! The most enjoyable part is to look at a student at the graduation in grade 12 and to remember what he/she was in grade 9, and to appreciate your work thru them. 

The principals, office staff and teachers were very supportive and friendly. The students had great respect for their elders, therefore discipline was for the most part manageable. They also were eager to learn.

This is a great place to work as it's a French Catholic School Board. Yes I'm Bilingual :) It just doesn't feel like the right fit for me. I like the industrialized environment as I'm a county girl and being part of a great community is very important to me. I want to love my job, not just be ok with it.

This job gives me the opportunity to see what it would be like to be a teacher in the French school board. As I have always attended this board, i know it very well. Having the chance to now teach in schools that I have once attended, makes me feel like a valued student/employee. Personally, I find the work tasks very easy and quite amusing! This job also makes me extremely excited to become a full-time teacher in the future.

As a supply teacher, there is not much training - however, everyone is very friendly and supportive. Most schools have a positive environment. It's a great place to work if you like working with kids, have patience, are caring and empathic, and like change.

its fun and caring for everyone working. Takes care of all of the camp leaders and make sure we are happy. Has many things for us to do and lets us go on trips with younger grades as a junior animator.

This school is inclusive to all students. Students and staff members feel appreciated, valued and encouraged. Thank you to al the employees at Frère-André for their welcoming work environnement.

It was a amaing job. I loved the people I wokred with and everyone was so nice. It showed me how to be energetic and hard working and to adapte my job with the enviroment.

Love working for this company. They care so much about the kids. I have worked in many different schools and each of them is amazing. Kids learn so much with this school board.
