well they kept firing people and giving me there task to the point where id be working 12-13 hr days. id show up before my management and leave after everyone else had gone home. they fire good employees and the ones that cause accidents where other employees get hurt on multiple occasions they keep. I've never seen a company constantly hiring and firing like these guys its a constant revolving door

was a great place to work steady hours and overall great people
owner was nice to employees and fair there was profit sharing but barely received anything and was very little room to expand

I did learned cross dock properly at this place, as well as i got improvement in my dock managing skills. i learned to operate tow motors and also the dispatching procedure in the logistics.

Great company. Great environment. Nice management and managers. One of the busiest cross-dock across Canada. But people around you helps you, make you laugh and enjoy your job. 

Overall good first job experience in Ontario.

Services Manitoulin Transport multiple changes in upper management made it difficult to work. Long hours. After 2 years they decided to make change with no reason given

Great management, very good place to gain experience. 
Safe work environment, great training program. Management has a lot of experience and are very supportive.

Well run company. Great people to work with. Management experienced and capable. Fast paced, but fun place to work. High expectations, but training and company culture work together to ensure success  is  possible.

•	Operate forklift and pallet jack in a safe manner
•	Load and unload freight trailer trucks and record data 
•	Maintain a clean and organized dock environment free from any debris 
•	Perform daily routine safety inspections

Every day is different with reactive situations. There is no pro active measures just come in and fight the fire. Upper Management doesn't look to others for ideas. Just do it attitude.

fast paced environment, fun place to work ability to learn new skills, long hours overtime frequently 24 hour shift avail including weekends. Managers are a good team
