Working at this warehouse was one of the most exhausting and frustrating jobs I’ve ever had. The expectations are sky-high, but the pay doesn’t match the amount of physical labor required. You're constantly on your feet, lifting heavy boxes for hours on end with barely any breaks. Management doesn't seem to care about employee well-being, just numbers and speed.

Training was rushed, and after that, you're expected to know everything immediately. The equipment is outdated, the work environment is chaotic, and communication is seriously lacking. Some supervisors play favorites, which only adds to the stress and unfairness of it all.

Also, good luck trying to get time off or any sort of flexibility. You're treated like you're easily replaceable, not like a valued employee.

I stuck it out for a while because I needed the paycheck, but I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone unless you're out of other options.



(COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT, Lively ON) 
I love it here. If you are a respectful person you will be given respect. They work very hard to maintain their truck and trailer fleet. As a driver here you I’ll be asked to put in a 12-14 hr day usually but they pay very well. We work holidays (I made about $700 my last holiday Monday). The benefits are 100% company paid and they have a RRSP 100% match. They adjusted my schedule to accommodate my wife’s job and my volunteer fire career in my town. I made over $90,000 gross this year (2021) as a company driver. 

That means pushing you to do 12-14 hour days every day.

It's a good job if you pretend to not know anything. 

The minute you can handle more work, they pile it on and laugh.

Don't trust a promotion unless it is on paper, many people did labour and work that was some one else's job because they couldn't retain employees long enough to do very difficult work for near minimum wage (tires).

Working 4 10 hour days is great

Go there wrap a bunch of produce and ship out

My job as a cuber. It was easy, fun, free coffee too. Good staff, co workers too. Midnight shift, not bad at all. Cleaned up, enjoying the pace as well. Good safety meetings. Good Benefits too, Cheers!

Everything was great until the change of management then it turned to a cold and undesirable place to work the way the new manger treated everyone was not acceptable

the job was very good but i don,t like the head bosses on site.. they can,t be respectful and look you in the face at every time..( i load and unload trailers and do paper work and use scanners  for unloading and loads and do cubes when they are needed..

Job is tough but productive. Management is good and helpful, pay not so good compared to work. They promote from within and help with getting the certifications required. 

The company is currently shuffling it's employees on a weekly basis. No position is guaranteed, so you have to stay on your toes on a daily basis.
Good money if you don't expect much from the company and put in decent effort.

There are some days which we are busy because of the loads shipment but it is stress free because the supervisors are very helpful and easy to communicate with. On my job location is a very friendly environment.
