Terrible environment. Management constantly changes hours without notice. They don't promote internally. no job security. Benefits keep getting more expensive with less coverage. Were supposedly locked into a 2 year benefits package and it was made very clear we can't change it at all for the 2 years. 1 year in we used more than expected so they let the insurance company raise the rates significantly. Don't work there!

Middle Managers, Supervisors, and Lead Hands should be trained in human relations. Management needs to clarify the path the St. Catharines plant is taking. No one listens to employees. They do not trust their employees and at the same time they think they are stupid and do not realize what is happening.

Work for all skill levels and education. Can become repetitive at times. Environment is dry, hot and dusty. Friendly people to work with of all ages. Since Cabico took over there was some pumps in the road for the company. Overall the workplace environment was improved.

I didnt enjoy working at Cabico its was nice before they took away headphones. They expect you to work 10 hours a day and pay you minimum wage or close to it. I was diamond glossing and was making the same wage over 9 months. They dont appreciate there employees as much as they should.

I started my career there and learn all you need to know ahout cabinet crafting

People are reliable and friendly l. Same for the clients

Every year they show appreciation tiward their emplyees with party, family day and pic nic

every day you can learn its workers are qualified for different processes its administration helps you in whatever you need the company is located in port colbornet easy to locate its workers are friendly and are willing to teach you and give you an excellent day

Do not trust this employer!! My mom was critically ill, they had told me that I was secure with my job yet the let me go! Hours suck don't work here. They are horrible. They lie, belittle, backstab, there employees.. 9-10 plus hour days..

Pro, Steady days optional ot, yearly raise, holidays off

Cons 
Impossible dead lines, favoritism, supervisors can make you feel guilty for not working ot. 


Probably second worst job I've ever had. If you can't speak French watch out because they will talk about you.  I was hired as an analyst and was quickly given non-related work to do.  

The place was friendly and employees were easy to get along with. I would recommend other people to work there, due to this atmosphere. thank you very much
