If you have principles, respect yourself and others, this is the wrong place for you. This place wants robots, not human beings. You will be understaffed, you will not have adequate supplies and equipment, the job sites are inadequately maintained, you will be mistreated. 

The above will be justifed by the ownership as "people are lazy" and no improvements made. Rinse and repeat.  

There are some good employees and supervisors here, but the whole culture of Cairnwood is rotten.

My work is varied and interesting.  Management is invested in the success of the company and the employees.  My opinions are respected and heard.

The culture is very relaxed and welcoming.  I have a very open and honest rapport with my boss.  The staff gets a long well.  It's a nice environment.



If you have good work behavior, can keep yourself busy, are not lazy and love the construction environment... this is the best place to work. I have always been highly respected in the company from day one, they always listened to me when I needed to speak, and best of all, there is a lot of opportunity to grow in the company. I highly recommend.

This company is not for lazy people.  They push you to work hard but they are all working hard too. I would recommend working for Cairnwood Homes.  They are fair, and they really look for good people.  

Cairnwood is an organization that definitely expects you to be at your best, but everyone works together and it is a great company to work for. Owners are kind and easy to approach. 

Fun place to work because you work by yourself. But if you get injured, say Goodbye to your job, they will replace you in a second. Zero job security 

Cairnwood has potential, but the work environment is overall disappointing and drab. Owners will put profit before people at all costs. Very few opportunities for advancement. The crew is kind and make up for a lot of the disappointment from upper management.

Everyone is very friendly and is always working together. Management is always there for when you need them. Working at Cairnwood has made work be much more enjoyable than any other place. 

Management that cares about quality, while recognizing that we are all human. and supports work life balance. Great people and great working environment.
