It’s a constant back-and-forth of complaints from vendors who still haven’t seen their money. It feels like a never-ending struggle, and you can clearly see how it's mucking up vendor relationships and messing with the quality of the work. Before you commit, make sure you’re doing your homework properly. Get to know the company inside out—don’t just take their word for it. Not every company runs the same way, and you’ll quickly realise that some are all talk and no action. Most of the original founders have either packed it in or disappeared altogether, leaving a void. It’s like a ship with no real captain—staff are left to muddle through, trying to figure out what's going on, with no clear direction. What this place really needs is a strong, united leadership team to give it some purpose and steer it out of the mess. The culture here could definitely be a lot better. Staff are stretched to the limit and hardly ever get the recognition they deserve. Communication is all over the shop, which only leads to more frustration. If they were more transparent with feedback and tried to create a better work-life balance, the whole atmosphere would change for the better. The real headache is dealing with clients and vendors who are absolutely livid because things are delayed or not thought through properly. Employees are often stuck in the middle, trying to smooth things over when management’s decisions have caused nothing but trouble. A better system for managing clients and internal coordination would make life so much easier for everyone. To be fair, there are some solid, hard-working folks in the company who really care about what they do. But most of them are either stuck in roles with no decision-making power or have already moved on, which says a lot about the company’s ability to keep hold of good talent. The place would really benefit from giving its skilled staff more freedom to make decisions and move things forward.

This company had a good start, but poor internal management has turned what could’ve been a promising venture into a right pain. They’ll sell you the dream of a bright future, but the reality often leaves a lot to be desired. If you thrive in chaos and enjoy putting out fires, this might be the place for you. But if you’re after something more stable and respectful, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.

I am very happy working in Cairo Development, it’s wonderful place to work and develop my self and knowledge,I been working in construction last 25 years, and I didn’t find such a place or environment to be happy working in like this company,
I worked in many countries all over the world. I didn’t see this amount of support and guidance to make you successful in your position,
It’s multi cultural-company,Enjoying working with my co workers from all over the world,It’s wonderful company to demonstrate your experience and ability and learn new skills as I am doing everyday 
The main after all these that the company develops very fast and a lot of opportunities for everyone,

Despite the potential for a thriving work culture, the company’s failure to maintain ethical and reliable business practices severely impacted both employees and clients leading to projects and contracts being terminated. 

Projects were often mismanaged and suffered from poor planning, unclear expectations, and unrealistic timelines—leading to frustration among staff and dissatisfaction from clients.

Salaries were frequently paid late, causing stress and uncertainty. Over time, the work environment became increasingly toxic due to lack of transparency and accountability. 

Disappointing experience overall. Would never work for the CEO/leadership team again.

When I was appreciated by my Forman and also by my Nabour employees.

Good cooperation every time . And also in every situations.  It's enhancing your confidence and skill

Due to complications of site and then not more work.  Is typically situations

I've been working at Cairo Development for a few months, and it's been an excellent experience.  My team is very supportive, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie. The company is growing rapidly, and there are some exciting aspects.  I am continuously learning, and am excited for what is to come. 

Benefits are good.
People -that is the issue. There is supposed to the family feeling and support but it is fake. You are dumped into your role without guidance and being blamed for anything going wrong. Your superior (depending who you get) might treat you well s long as you follow them blindly, otherwise, you get treated purly. 
Trades are treated like that too, being paid late,  used for favours.
No work ethics.


Do NOT work there it was the worst experience in 25 years ! The superintendents are the least knowledgeable bullies that know everything . Rarely on site and expect you to be a mind reader , with absolutely zero social skills besides to be little everyone around them . 

Working at Cairo Development is not just a job, it's a supportive and motivating adventure. I'm proud to be a part of a company that's reshaping the construction industry through inclusivity and motivation.

Highly advisable to do your research on this organization.  Like any office position, there is always office politics.  However,  this organization is next level and it has infected the overall culture.  There are good people here, but you will find they are either let go, or they quit and move on to bigger and better.
