As an employee you will feel like a number on a spreadsheet.going the extra mile is expected by management and not appreciated. (not the mid level managers they unfortunately are not allowed to perform there jobs , they are only put in place to continuously deliver bad news or cuts that affect the employees in a negative way) The pure focus is to increase gross profit and break records! upper management achieves there goals by threatening the livelihoods of employees/mid level managers insuring that they work late and come in early skip lunches work weekend’s etc. 

Don't let the premium brand lure you in. Was there for a couple years, my co-workers were great. Management is horrible and it's a bunch of dudes that are old friends so they have ultimate power and care little about what the employees think. Over my short stint there benefits had been cut and you have to park offsite and take a shuttle bus in. The parking lot is never plowed and is dangerously icy in the winter.

Get work from team lead. Work on vehicles. Anything from oil changes to engine work and suspension work. Sometimes did complex diag of ellectrical system. Learned alot during my time as an apprentice but when it became very slow, they decided to let me go which is unacceptable as i had been there for two years and a total of five all together.

Upper management team has changed significantly along with that the best managers were let go and lost really good employees that was holding the brand up and keeping efficiency in all departments. Manager told me to come in even if my hand was cut off. Pay was really good however everything comes with a trade off.

I enjoyed the work atmosphere, working with a team. Enjoyed the challenges that came with the position. Mostly, enjoyed the customer service aspect of the job, and dealing with great clients.

Work can be chaotic without a clear sense of direction, assistance is given in the form of additional work.
The workshop is grungy and tools damaged and outdated.
Lighting is poor and a sewage smell from the drainage system is prevalent. 

Everyone gets along, and friendly place,
Cool & collective. 
Good work ethic, excellent management team.
One place I have seen where everyone will help if you are stuck. Has 2 shop foreman highly knowledgeable & helpful.

nice place to work but because its a big dealership it busy place as well and they are open for opportunity for their employee if they are qualified for their filed of work.

BMW was a fun place to work many nice and fun individuals who act very much so as a family. Great place for a young man to start becoming a full time working member and to learn people skills.

By far worst place I have worked, some good people but management is the worst. Cold cold place to work. I recommend staying away there are much better places to work.
