A typical day work on CPLF was good. I learned a lot in care and support by working with different clients that gave me a wide experience in my job. The management was perfect in team work. The workplace culture was impressive with extensive in training. The hardest of my job was lots of travels with very mileage. My most enjoyable part of my job with CPLF is meeting different client with different clients which widened my work experience. 

Please beware of this company. There are lot of heartless and racist staffs in this company. This is a company I see a case manager and a supportive room forming a clique because they both share the same cultural belief and orientation They see other people working with them as nothing. They lie and use crooked ways or alliance to terminate workers employment.  This is a company where workers can not express their views and opinions about issues.  Really terrible.  I can't recommend this company for anybody to work. They are scam!!!

Case management requires ongoing mental flexibility with a continually changing environment due to changing needs of the clientele. 

Overall the work experience is positive even though there are periods of challenges that alternate with periods of a more relaxed atmosphere. 

Staff's opinion on issues is sought in some cases to help make decisions suitable for everyone's needs.

Monday to Friday Day Program and activities are helpful to my client.  Different behaviors and characters involved every day. Management assist in providing solutions when necessary. People look for weaknesses to make complains. I know my job and I do execute my professionalism and skills properly.

Take individuals out for community involvements programs 
Going to the gymnasium,  malls, library, much involvements in monitoring and re-directions, reports writings and more of showing examples in ethics and objective roles in building a good personality in the individuals.

The job is too stressful and it has a toxic environment with poor management.
They offer low pay , no bonuses for the last 2 years. 
No one appreciate case managers hard work and you're just a number.

Great place to work, good management, and good culture with nice co-workers, good pay as well. No wear and tear on your body for most clients. Easy going job, can be a little repetitive. Only downside is no benefits.

Support clients to interact with the community, to live independent live. Friendly client and staff relationship and help client attend programs and also to participate in their decision making

Im in good hands. I have hours I needed. My manager is approachable. The bosses are very supportive to their staff. They will train you to enhance and advance your knowledge and skills. Awesome! 

Working at CPLF was never a dull moment always learning new things about your clients or others. we did many things such as bowling,swimming, crafts the library, walks and much more
