While working in the customer service industry, I learned a lot about dealing with customers and how to handle difficult requests from those who might be a bit irritated when approaching me. In the end it’s just a matter of keeping a clear mind and professional demeanor and helping your clients and customers to the best of your ability- despite the mood they might be in. This is an excellent skill that I know will be useful in this position and can help me make your customers happy and willing to come back over and over again.

I was the owner and operator of this program. The growing awareness of the basic need for unstructured, child directed, outdoor learning in an natural environment, was the platform for the Airdrie and Comox programs. With sound time management and a hard work ethic, I successfully managed all aspects of the business operation without the need to hire employees.

A typical day involved assisting customer. I learned teamwork and problem solving. Management was supportive and the workplace culture was friendly. The hardest part was dealing with busy periods.

It's a great place to live, lots of job opportunities and areas to explore and meet people. I feel safe living here because of the amount of cops, fire trucks and other support staff I see on the roads and in the neighbourhood.

Everyone is very willing to step in and help at any time with any type of issue. The initial training is very in-depth but plenty of time to learn. The work environment was exceptionally good.

Its good company to work with very good employee and management also good to learn shop fab environment. All senior are very friendly also ready to explain any technical question or concern also team work environment.

provided an option for those who need help with fertility. unfortunately it was very disorganized within the operations and higher ups. with some restructuring it could be a potentially great company

It is a convenient city to work in.  The plus 15 system is great on winter days. Lots of good places to eat.  The rail system is free of charge within the downtown area.

It’s a great work environment, amazing people. Everyone is nice and out going easy to talk to . Managers are understanding and reasonable. Food is amazing would highly recommend.
