Very stressful, management like to throw everyone under the bus and play the blame game all while having no idea what's going on. Production manager calls you at all hours of the morning starting at 4am and yells about any and everything he can, 0 overtime pay, 0 benefits for painters, very stressful work environment with the constant yelling and being told off about anything management can think of there is 0 room for advancement or opportunities for raises 10/10 would not recommend wasting your time applying or working for calibre coatings edmonton location 

When working for this company they demand you work your weekends if you refuse they make you sit at home. You never get a raise there you have to fight for it. If you work overtime they hold it for 6weeks and if you don’t make your 88 hours every two weeks they take your overtime and add it to your regular hours to make up the 88 hours. And also if you ask for an advance they charge you 20$ for it for money you have already worked for and the management are a bunch of jerks especially the one who hires and fires people. I was let go this year because I got sick with the flu. 2019. Terrible place to work period

I've worked at caliber Coatings Edmonton for almost a year. Working there I was able to obtain a vast amount of knowledge. I've ha the privilege to work alongside the most amazing people that I know. Having weekends off allowed me to spend time with family and friends. That's something Calibre Coatings  places a high importance on-work/life balance.

This company is the worst experience i have ever had with a painting company,they subtely lie to you,very decieving ppl who are in this office..the production managers and owners are diabolical..I have caught them in bad lies..to the subs and to there clients..so you can expect for employees as well.My experiences and said with total honesty.

They were a great company to work for. I worked for them for 8 years. I enjoyed going to work and felt like I was a valuable member of the team. They had a Christmas Party for the staff plus a summer barbeque. Really enjoyed working for them but do to family reasons I had to move back home. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking to become a painter.

The company staff are a great group of people who some hang out even when outside of work. The staff are dedicated to getting the jobs done and having fun. Seems like the office tries to help the staff in every way they can and listen to the staff. They are a great team of people.

Never get appreciation for work done.Constant complaints about managment budget eventhough the estimator can't estimate.Expected to make up for it so the production managers look like gold.Then they throw you under the bus.And everyone back stabs everyone else.Good luck!

Value an honest days work. Show up and help the team and it will be returned. Learn to master your trade, willing to train. Great potential to grow. Company events 

If you are looking to make some good money this company is good for it, they get you right into it and train on the job for the most part, so overall a good place to go if you are stuck in a bind and need a job quickly.

They are  a great company to work for they are  very busy in the summer easy to get lots of hours.  They give you all the training and help needed to succeed.  Definitely recommend working for them.
