Good place to work  but don't make the same mistake twice there is lots of work this work is  not hard if you put your mine to it you could do it  is all about repairing pallet and making good pallet and.always try and do it in a safe way when you get the hang of it the speed will come so u could make some more cash every one there is friendly

Cambridge Pallet offered a team environment that worked well together. A typical day consisted of working singularly on pallets, however, help was always offered by co-workers when needed. Management was excellent with working with its employees and providing as much help and information/knowledge as was requested.

i had an overall good time working for cambridge pallet, the coworkers were all great people and the pay if you worked hard was better then most places i have worked. This work place also gave me a good sense of time management and the understanding of how to safely use power tools.

You’re pay is always messed up and you’re under paid for what your doing. Try this place as a last resort like I did until something better comes along if you absolutely need a job. Not a good place to work. They will never appreciate the work you do

As a forklift driver, they expect the world from you for a wage that does not encourage you to achieve their goals.  Forklift drivers do not get incentives to perform their job faster, or to a higher degree of quality.  Don't work here.

It's an okay place to work, but they are always hiring and firing people and they don't teach you how to use the machines very well. Very nice people who work there but doesn't make up for not being trained properly.

They dont care about safety. Youre underpaid as a tow motor operator. Line guys pump out so many bad skids marked as good you cant keep up and make great money while youre being treated like a slave. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE CONSTANTLY HIRING!

My experience was fun but got harder over time back pain and feet the first week working there, the days went by fast but was hard a lot of people i started with quit around the same time i did.

Good place to work, an awesome people to work with! Awesome pay as long as you get your hours an hit quota! 
Paid lunches an breaks!
