A fast paced work environment with tight deadlines.
I enjoyed participating in various seminars and training sessions to update and maintain current skills and knowledge of legislative changes affecting the payroll and Human Resources department.
Enjoyed working independently or with a team on tasks including various performance objectives and projects.
Hardest part of the job would be the month end tight deadline. Relying on personal goals and execution but also other key players that would contribute to the month end process. Often had to push others to meet the deadline. Missing or incorrect accounting information on some of the paperwork to be processed.

Campbell's is a wonderful organzation to work for they have been extremely supportive during my time within the organization. While away from family this is a family with their fun, creative ways of working with people. They ensure that you are within the right role and encourage those who are not to look for the right fit. I have had the opportunity to work within many areas of the company and they encourage employees to think of where they would like to go next.

Lots of areas to volunteer and be involved within the company community.

Change happens, in everything and everyone. Responding to change, As in the case of Campbell soup, the priority had shifted more to the side of Corporate earnings, which is a business decision, and further away from the age old family oriented culture. 
Other than this culture shift, Campbell Soup definitely ranks above industry average in the areas of compensation and benefits, Research and Development, product innovation and process designs. It is a world class manufacturing facility.

Absolute terrible place to work plagued by internal politics and no focus towards consumers or customers. Days were spent on internal meeting after meeting and managing up to leaders who were terrified of the president.  Promises of career advancement were never met.  Coaching and growth were not present.  Perks that were part of what Campbell's sold on recruiting were removed.  An absolute disgraceful organization to work for.

The best company I ever worked for.  I always had consistent workting hours at the same time.  I worked overtime on a consistent basis.  They were very thorough with everything that they did.  They were very organized and informed employees on a consistent basis.  It's too bad that Canadian manufacturing plant had to close down.

I worked at Campbell's as a co-op student. Campbell's was my first 'real' office job and I had such an amazing experience there. Everyone was welcoming and willing to answer questions. Taking a job there was a great first step for my career, and I'd recommend it to any other students or new grads looking at a job with the company.

A good place to work, great people and good benefits. Ability for a person to learn new jobs with room for advancement. The company empowers its employees with a continuous learning atmosphere.

I work in environments that are fast paced, I like to diagnose issues from network at every corner in the infrastructure from fiber optics to Ethernet cable. I work efficiently and I tutor the junior techs to learn my expertise.

It's really a very great place to work. the factory is world-class. the management team is great and very accessible. Safety is placed as a top priority at Campbell Canada

Job is stressful in terms of solving new and unexpected problems. No work life balance due to rotating shifts. Good employee morale. There is plenty of opportunity to move up in the company.
