Some good lower end staff members who were really good at their job, with little to no support from management. They only care about numbers here not people. The only place worse is Kanata ford. I worked there for many years and made the company a lot of money and asked for very little in return except a good pay which my bonuses were always low, and support which I got non of. I was told to deal with an irate customer who was calling me names. The manager said it’s my problem not his. I would not recommend working here unless you are into self abuse because that’s what you will receive here. You will be accused of everything under the sun for working hard and caring about your job.

Dealer training and lots of experienced guys to learn from

All they care about is how quickly you can pump out jobs, not quality work or time to learn

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good shop environment for the most part, lots of guys will help. Management doesn't really want you doing anything other than oil changes and tires

Show up, change oil and tires for 9 hours

Nest part of working for the company was the one hour lunch

Management, service advisors, organization, pay scale, HR

Very toxic. Service manager always yelling.

Very stressful and disorganized

Quick Lane is dead end position and no room for advancement.
The shop very disorganized and foreman is very aggressive and verbally abusive. As a apprentice you are left to learn on your own and no guidance but a computer.

Started as a green horn within 7years i was fully competent in every aspect of the vehicle. Excellent place to work, learn and grow. Most garage have a very high pressure stressful environment.

Great place to work! The pay plan is one of the best in the city!
This is the only dealership I've worked at but from what I've heard from co workers from other dealers, we are one of the best!

Highly toxic work environment, incompetent service manager, more apprentices than certified techs. Zero confidence in repairs. Upper management is a joke. They only care about the bottom line. Outdated facility. 

Sales new and Used Vehicles! Created Small Business Commercial Niche! Entrepreneurs with less than 5 commercial units could get all their Work Vehicle need met at one locations!

You need to pay your dues here. Like any workplace there are some archaic forms of thinking that tend to emanate from certain corners but as a whole and for a dealership, it's a great place to work.
