I have learned so much from working at Camtac, the people are amazing and are always willing to assist in any way to improve on ones skills. Time management skill set was greatly improved during my time here. 
Workplace culture goal is to work hard, and to find enjoyment  in the office. 
Management does whatever it needs to do for company and employee growth. Open door policy between employees and management allows for efficient dialogue to assist in growth.

It's a great place to work with both young and experienced team of engineers. They encourage personal development and help you gain valuable technical skills and knowledge.
Being a production environment though, the work-life balance can be difficult to maintain with high paced production environment demands.
Pay scale needs improvement for the amount of work and effort one puts in for the job.

Has experienced supervisors and good Team work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Tere is no stressfull to work in Camtac

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is organized and good to get more experiance in machining 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every working days like as usual

I've worked here for 3 years as an automation tech.
Rotating shifts, mandatory 6 days/week have made my mind numb.
This job allows for no personal/family time.
Benefits don't cover much at all, pension contributions are negligible.
Work always, sleep sometimes, paid nothing.
Advancement is determined only by time spent with company, not ability, knowledge or extra effort.

A typical day at work : Beginning day of the week

What you learned      : No result as I worked hard

Management             : Too much politics and not a good planning

Your co-workers        : No team work as different country     uneducated people

the hardest part of the job : Not taken effective steps.

the most enjoyable part of the job : As I worked alone.

Good place to work, good environment, less room for growth, low pay. I worked for almost 8 months and i really enjoyed my time there and i value the experience i gained from the company, However, the growth opportunities seemed less to me. It takes years and years to move from 1 position to other even though you have revelent experience and education.

Working as a Machine Operator, while not allowed to set up or reset the machine is frustrating. Only team leaders are allowed to perform such menial job.

This company they pay you very small money even if you worked for them 10 years. They don't show you respect even if you worked for them hard. The management and all supervisors were ungry all the time, they never talk to the operators.

When worked at Camtac, it was an amazing experience. The work was good, people were nice and co-operative, as well as the pay was good enough to support an average lifestyle. If I could work there again, I definitely would.

More hand on experience. Good work environment. You can actually feel a balance between work life and personal life. Management is good. Job is more secure in Linamar
