I am back for my second time at Canada Credit, I had so much fun the first time.
The workplace is very fast-paced and very exciting
There is a great group of people who work here and everyone pulls their weight to do a great job.
The initial training is excellent, and even after the initial training you are put in a group for the first couple of weeks with a trainer on hand to help you through all the calls that you make.
The supervisors and managers are extremely knowledgeable and they are always available, no matter what the issue may be.
There is always some on-going training, even one-on-one help.
There is a tremendous team spirit. And everyone is willing to help everyone.
There is an opportunity to work flexible hours.
And they are very understanding if and when you need time off or have an issue and need to leave early.
There is plenty of free parking.
And the LRT is close at hand.
Apply and have fun, but be prepared to work hard, and if you do, you will be rewarded.

While I was lucky to work in the Customer Service area, the management there were not desirable. Often threatening hours and employees if even minor issues came up, did not take advice. Offering suggestions were not met with any politeness. Job is not very secure and very stressful as often there were daily threatening messages from the management.

Managers are negative and never praise their employees
Lack of motivation
Learned how to adapt for the benefit of an enjoyable workplace
Quite diverse and all other ethnicities are somewhat respectable of each other
Convincing clients that this operates as a legitimate business
Quitting time

The company has a highly target based work place. One never finds the time to know a fellow employee. Employees do not receive any benefits. There is a qualifying 3 day training program which is unpaid where candidates are filtered after which selected candidates are given 4 weeks training before they are sent on the main floor.

people are great, but management needs to be more organized. Also this job is stressful, it is not stable, sometimes you would show up to work not knowing if you have a job or not.

It's a good place to start your career but you should stay too long. There you would learn some important marketing, sales and telemarketing skills that will help you going forward.

Company seemed to just stay on the legal side of shady/illegal business practices. Employees encouraged to make the sale even if it meant placing the consumer in debt r a position to not be able to make payments.

This company would be great if we weren't being threatened to make sales everyday. Due to the very direct sales there were lots of people leaving and many others being hired as well. 
Not the best environment to be in although the pay wasv fair!

Shady company, lay you off while in training for not meeting targets and they're not completely honest about how they do what they do. Zero job security.

They don’t care about their workers well being. They threaten workers when sales aren’t high ( and you don’t get commission of off). They get rid of those who don’t disrespect $ scam people On the phone
