Canada Credit Fix

The worst place I ever work.  Don't waste your time and energy if your looking for a call center employment. This company is unorganized,  you must make at least 8 sales in one week. Your constantly harassing the leads. Basically calling 3 time in every 3 hours must make a minimum calls of 190.  All leads comes from Facebook, lots of it are old.  The training is a big joke.  The culture is not great.  Headsets is $60.  Now the catch is this, if your not making at least 1 sale on your first or second week during training you will get let go.   Same goes for 1 sales for 2 weeks. They want you to make 8 sales in 1 week. Oh yeah this information is not given to you.  Also everything that is posted in the job description is lie.  3 days of credit 101 course unpay to get apperently certified. Everything the course that is told to you is totally the opposite of what you will be doing in the training.  Stay away from this company if your looking  for long term work.

This job was quite interesting. I didn't stay here long because my fiance pushed me to leave as soon as I can.
We sold credit repair over the phone, most of the time it was to leads that didn't know who we were. It wasn't until a couple months in that I started to see something fishy about the whole company, customers constantly calling in saying nothing is happening, or our tablet we send out doesn't even turn on, etc etc.
The owner kept assuring me it was a good thing, but I stopped believing in it when I spoke to enough people about it, I could sell something I didn't believe in. Most of my co-workers walked out with me when they discovered what was going on.
Honestly at the end of the day, I did get work experience being on the phone and selling directly through it. It was a challenging sale, but I was one of the top performers in the office.

They have extremely high employee turnover because the job is too stressful. It’s a hire-fire company. If you don’t have sales within a week, you’re fired. Management has favoritism too. Everything in this company is wrong. They promise to improve credit of customers who sign up to their expensive mattress/credit rebuilding program but really they are just scamming people. They don’t even offer benefits to their employees lol. You come to work the next day and your friends are gone cos they all got fired, you sit with newbies again, become friends with them. Next day they’re gone again. 

You get in the office, find a desk and start making calls. Leads came mostly from Face Book and were often 6 months old. 

You have to buy your own head set and pay $20 for your training. Felt like I was pressuring people who knew nothing about credit into doing something that they could not afford. 
Did not get support from the 'credit lab' for existing customers.
Probably the worst place I ever worked.

I started work with this company and helped build it to a large one.  I learned a ton of job skills here that have been useful ever sense. 
They pay was much better in the begging as it was $150 Commission per sale but as the company grow it went to salary and bonuses. 
With everything I did for them beyond my job I should have been making way more money

Not a good environment. Pushy sales tactics. Owner yelling at people to makes sales. Embarrassed for the owner. He showed how desperate he was for money. Sad actually. The managers act like your friend and backstab you the second they can to advance themselves.  I saw the owner talk down to staff in a regular. Just horrible treatment and verbal abuse.

The job itself is a very good job I am able to help people with their bad credit situations that they may not normally be able to help themselves with.
The management is very negative towards staff and there is never any praise it makes the job hard to feel confident in.

Canada credit fix was a good environment to work in. I enjoyed the hours that were provided and the hourly wage as well. The best part of the job was the working atmosphere. I learned how to sell the product and engage people in a conversation.

A typical day would be go in get on headset call leads from crm, than help possible clients sign up for credit repair packages. Also we made at least 100 to 180 calls a day.
