Canada Protection Plan has an extremely strong family culture and mentality. The CEO and senior management treat employees like family and often go above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of. Especially during COVID-19 Canada Protection Plan was quick to allow everyone to work remotely and generously provided all the tools needed to make us successful. Compensation is above industry standard and bonuses can be very generous based on the organization's success. The company is a market leader and definitely punching above its weight class which means the work flow can be high intensity. For anyone looking to get experience working for a top tier company in the insurance industry but with the feel of a small to medium sized family run organization, Canada Protection Plan is the company for you.

Complete disregard for the little employees only sales rvps matter. 
They canceled mid-year performance bonuses without even having the decency to let their staff know. 

There's lots to say about this company - summed up: You can FIND BETTER by alot 

Data entry and routine work of taking phone calls is mostly the job for 1st line employees. HR does a great job of keeping things light though to reduce the turnover in this potentially boring work environment.

The pay is bad for the
Amount of work we do, work as double for the past 2 years but salary still the same. 

Nice place to work but the salary is for third world country. Only thing the management cares is to meet the end of the month target.

It’s a worst place to work here . 

Team leaders and managers are not very corporative and they discriminate a lot to their employees.  

My working hours was so long and i don't get paid for additional hours. Pay rate is very minimal. 

Created niche product for the hard to insure. Unfortunately there was little support from HO on day to day business which hampered the ability for RSD's to do their job efficiently.

Fast growing business but still going through some growing pains. There is a good, friendly group of managers here that makes you feel comfortable. A very good work environment.

Really liked the job but commuting was taking too long. After 3 months was going to work from home, even though I changed travelling options was late.

Truly caring, productive family-like workplace. Managers had an open door policy; open to questions from employees at any time. The environment was very warm and caring.
