Canadian Business College

Based on my personal experience, this is a diploma mill. The management is extremely unethical and unprofessional. Their main goal is to make money. They do create a very toxic and stressful environment for their employees. The pay is too low for the workload required. 

Most students that I taught were not here to study. They are attending the college because of other agendas and benefits. The college allows them to keep their cameras off and thus, they do pretend that they are in class, but they are busy with other tasks like driving and working during class hours. All exam questions and answers are available on the internet, students copy and paste the exam question on Google during the exam and get A+ even without studying. Thus, their grades and diplomas do not reflect their real educational work.

I really regret that I joined this college and wasted my valuable time for few months trying to make real positive changes. 

Yet another sham college run by a bunch of you know  who, are experts in faking sincerity and have little to no respect, consideration for the faculty or students. People who work here only want to earn that extra income to survive in this ruined up economy. Students who take admission are also there to squeeze OSAP funds because they are out of job. Pure dictatorship, they may assign you a course to teach and all of sudden they may take it away, and when you ask them how do we commit to you when you cannot commit to assigning the course, they say we have no guarantee and that's how the system works. They expect university level course delivery and they pay is that of a minimum wage employee. If you are an expert at kissing the management's backside and dont have any dignity or self respect and/or are extremely needy, then this is the right place for you to work.

I feel really disappointed and dissatified already being a new employee of this college.

I feel regretted why I joined this college in this despite and rough interview that I had. People interview you with high tone of voice and I felt it was just  bossy and nothing helpful.

Training is a utterly waste and I really don't know why they do the training actually and call that as  a training.

Very underpaid for the all over all in my career but they set a high expectations to get a free work from you..

They charge lots of money from student but underpay the employees.

If you are an ethical, professional and highly qualified instructor, this place is not for you. 

Low pay rates for the load of work expected.  Disrespectful students supported by the college’s  management. More of a business rather than an Educational institution. Students expect to pass all modules with high grades even without attending classes or attending classes while driving, working or being committed to other tasks during the regular class hours. Poor management. Students run the college’s management the way they want. Outdated curriculum. Disqualified instructors, since qualified instructors will resign after a short period of time. High turnover rate. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

CEO is nice
Good and humane but problem with salaries.The atmosphere is nice and the ambiance, as well. Somehow coordination among instructors and admin seen to be a problem and students have complains about the financial aspect of things.  The stress level is less but d coordination esp with admin seen to always be a problem. 
The beginners in d education industry will be happy here but due to inexperience in admin jobs, there are lots of complains with the students. The gap between admin and students should diminish to enable a better marketing of d educational  services.
The CEO is very nice and helpful to instructors and staff .

The programs and the equipment are obsolete. There is little respect for students or faculty members due to management being unqualified. There are unethical practices in place plus secrets and lies shroud the work environment to pull in money by any means.

-Extensively involve in database and network administration.
-Performed daily backup and monitored batch processes.
-Monitored database activity, integrity, security and troubleshoot locks.
-Monitored database for lock escalation, deadlock, resource utilization by sessions, capture long running SQL statement, fine-tuning SQL queries.

I enjoy my job here, although I don't feel secure in my position as I am on a contract. I am also not on their payroll so I have to do an invoice for them. Other than that, the environment is very welcoming. The classrooms are clean and the management takes care of everything including supplies.

Over all this is a Diploma factory. Get them in get them out! Management; including the CEO,  will make regrettable arrangements to keep the money moving. I was so exited to work there until I saw the hidden ethics of management and the CEO.

A good company to gain experience. I honestly don't want to give any comment for the company because the people working there are all good, efficient and productive. It is a happy place to work but needs a lot of improvement.
