Their system is easy to learn, the concept of the job not so much, if you work in Customer Service, its a highly monitored Call Centre and you have a set time for lunches & breaks determined by the dept Coordinator. 
Most times, when you start it is shift work, your first shift is 12pm-8pm, then when new person starts, you can shift to 11am-7pm, 10am-6pm etc
What I learned, is that whenever you Leased a vehicle, that car/truck is NOT yours, your yearly auto-insurance showing the Full coverage, a copy of the Whole auto insurance MUST be given to the Leasing Company on a yearly basis, and not just your pink little slip that you keep with you as you drive the vehicle. You cannot drive the vehicle out of Province or Country unless you clear it with the Leasing Company and advise your Auto Insurance Company, and a revised copy of the Policy needs to be given to the Leasing Company too. The vehicle MUST be insured at ALL times, whether it is stored away for the winter, must have FULL Coverage on the vehicle at ALL times!  No longer ok to just have "storaged" auto insurance, because often where vehicle stored, can incurred vandalism or damages.

First off this is my personal opinion, this is how i was treated and this is what i gathered from my personal experience. I only hope you can take this into consideration, i am only writing this because i wish i would of known prior.

The hiring is a long process took me around 4-5 weeks, 3 virtual interviews, background checks, credit checks, references they really string you along. the Training staff was very kind. There is certain tools to help you during calls but its mostly memorization as there is no knowledge base, the "tools" are completely out dated from early 2000s so being tech savvy wasn't an asset here.  Its not the type of workplace where you can make mistakes and learn from them. so you really need to know the procedures like the back of your hand. 

If you learn by reading then you wont have any issues, but if you learn by doing it hands on and learning from your mistakes I don't recommend it.

I used to work as an account at CDLSI for about 2 years and I do not like this company at all.

Pros: not much workload and you have some sort of flexibility..

Cons: very limited opportunities for growth, bad upper management team, hiring people depends on personal preferences instead of capability, low salary and only two weeks of vacation if you stay for less than 2 years. Be aware to give at lease 2 weeks of notice if you want to quit the company otherwise you will be banned for getting references.

The work itself is very easy can be learned in a week. What I disliked and quit this place was due to poor management always picking on certain people and complaining and penalizing you for things that are out of your control. They also do not have many places for growth. They tell you in the beginning that they do but it is a lie.

Not a lot of room for advancement. Pay is lower than industry standard. They don't pay for overtime, but luckily you rarely work extra hours. Mostly young employees in Customer Service dept (which is by far the largest dept), which improves the work environment.

A typical day, starts off with taking calls from customers and helping them with their leased vehicles with everything from payment issues,insurance, to returning their vehicle. You must be comfortable with taking calls and speaking to customers.

The company is a good place to start your career. Management is not perfect but not evil, pay is average or slightly below average, culture is positive and there's no overtime. Very inclusive company , great office 

I've been with this company for 5 years.  It's a great company.  The management is flexible and supportive.  Most supervisors and managers were promoted within.  For a small company, there is some opportunity to grow.

HR staff is not professional and will not listen to your concerns.
Its best to stick to yourself at this company and move on as soon as possible. Management likes to power trip
